I think backstory is the biggest hurdle here since I have barely any idea of what to do for it. Limit Break needs a bit of work, and probably should be more than just jumpkicking enemies so hard they explode, but......And I need to figure out what her GF actually does other than hit people with a big when summoned. Hmmm.
Your character kind of sounds like a upper class girl. I think one of the richest areas besides Ester in FFVIII is Deling city so you could make her from there and idk be a celebrities daughter. Just spitballing an idea. lol

Has a tattoo on his back of his mother's name. He is muscular due to his constant training and very fast. his height is 5'11'' and he has long platinum hair. His eyes are a bluish green like his mother's. Some say his eye's look like the water at Balam beach because they are so clear like the ocean water. He wear civilian clothes mostly. He thinks the SeeD clothes are a little lame. Usually he will wear a sleeve less shirt with jeans and a hoodie with the sleeves cut off.

Biography: Jamie is originally from Dollet city. His mother died when he was 13. She was attacked out of town by a T-Rexaur. She was driving to Deling city for a show when the T-rex attacked her car. She crashed into a tree and the monster tore her out of the car and killed her. His father his a rich senator in Deling city, but after the death of Jaime's mother his father couldn't bare the site of him. His father would say that Jamie had his mother's eyes. Jamie had been proud that he had something of his mother to remember her. His father sent him off to live at Galbadia Garden where Jamie trained to become a SeeD and hopefully make his mother proud. As Jamie grew older the story of how his mother die haunted him. T-Rexaurs weren't know to be in the area and why was there no other cases? He has been to where his mother died several times and investigated the area. He has never found any sign of a T-rex attack, but on his first visit he found a shard of a Galbadian solider's jacket. The closest army station was in Deling city. When he went there to investigate the trail went cold. He knew something happened that was covered up in Deling city his just couldn't figure out what. Jaime had to drop the investigation until he could have more free time after his qualifying exam. For now he will fight for the Garden, but after he graduated he would try and look further into his mother's death and find her killer.

Limit Break: Fury-Fighter. Jaime equips knuckles and goes into a rage increasing speed and strength. Uses elemental gloves.
Personality: Jaime loves ladies but is loyal to his friends. He keeps in shape and he is a great detective. He just isn't the greatest when it comes to math or science. Jaime relies a lot on his senses. While fighting he zones in on his target and lets his body react to every movement of his opponent. He is known as the best fighter at Galbadia. He has a great sense of humor and is pretty easy going (Just don't say anything about his mother). He likes to pull pranks on his friends every now and then, but when it is time to be serious he becomes a stone. When he is around ladies he can not help but drool over them. He can be very flirtatious, but he is a gentlemen and would wait on them hand and foot due to him being a mother's boy. He never talks about his father and is quite withdraw when the topic of his mother comes up. He likes to keep his past to himself. He feels it gives him strength. Due to the loss of his mother he cherishes his friends and does everything he can for them.
