You guys went to war 30 years ago and the Netherlands through a PU with Luxembourg holds the strongest fortification in Europe bar Gibraltar and allows Prussian troops to man it. I would imagine they aren't that great. OTL there is a crisis in 3 years about the Prussians in the impregnable fort.

~Champion of Mankind: -10% to losses against Gorrikans, immune to horrifying effect.
~Roman Emperor: -1 to rout rolls, including pre-battle rout rolls.
~Legacy of Alexander: +1 to enemy rout and pursue rolls (assuming those are negatives)
