I really wanted peace and to stay neutral.Certain factors came in though.Belgium was counting on me for help, and I felt that the attack was sudden and a little warning would have been nice..I have allies who kept prodding me to help.and Prussia has been really hostile. IC.

If France were to express in an IC way a change in opinion, Prussia could tell Spain to leave Andorra so you could peace without issue.

Any victory Austria has while you help it will be much more crushing (read: empowering) than one where you don't help. Neutral, you can threaten either side with intervention if the peace is too lopsided.
