Can he fly?
Androids can't be poisoned, quite simply.

but would anyone actually know how to calculate the force of a punch?

For a (very very) rough Fermi estimation, treat a punch, like an arm held straight and then swung rotationally. Divide the arm into hand, forearm, and upper arm. Determine average distance from shoulder for each, and time it takes to connect fist with target from inline with shoulders to straight in front of him. Pi/2 (quarter circle, but I gave you radius not diameter) times distance from the shoulder of hand, forearm, and upper arm, then divided by the time to connecting, and multiplied by the the masses. Should look something like hand mass times hand velocity plus forearm mass times forearm velocity plus upper arm mass times upper arm velocity.
Exotic weapon idea: Polonium 210 gas grenade. Only 3 nanograms per kilogram is enough to kill half a test population.
I don't want to use fusion to power it, because the terminators do, but the more I read, the more I doubt an alternative exists.

You mean the T-800 at this point.

Not exactly. It will look, behave, and fight extremely differently.

Also, 0.1 kilograms is 100 grams.
That would be why I have a 7 foot tall one ton android wielding such a weapon. Recoil becomes a non factor.
It will definitely be a two handed weapon. But to accelerate a 0.1 kilogram bullet to a kilometer per second, much faster than I would but it makes the math easy, would require 100,000 joules. Doesn't strike me as a terrible drain.
Of course, it would be wrapped around a steel core or have a steel sabot.
I am just coming up with suitably exotic man portable weapons. Depleted uranium railgun will be his primary weapon, I have already determined. Coming up with other stuff, that is proving more difficult.
The pressure is the main problem.
