Super soldier is feasible, so I will do it, but everyone will hate it. He isn't paricularly durable. He can get shot and get paper cuts like the rest of us. So to balance, he is going to have some kickin guns. (I get the feeling guns aren't very popular)
Be that as it may, Freedom is still really, really tough for an intermediate. Which is the echelon the super soldier competes in.
Supersoldiers, however, is an interesting concept. I will look for a hard SF way of making it happen.
The gear is dope, but the magic swordsman would laugh at it. I mean really, Shotguns? General Freedom would thrash Doomguy.
But he isn't very durable, as I recall.
Looked up Doomguy. I have played Doom, but never knew him by that name. At intermediate, he would get owned.

It would be a very advanced tank, capable of 90 mph, which is not unreasonable given the modern Abrams can make 60 mph. The main gun, which would only be used in very long range shooting or fighting large opponents, would use rails to fire high explosive rounds or depleted uranium rounds. The coax and hatch mounted particle beams would do much of the heavy lifting against magic swordsmen.
Iron Man sure isn't Hard SF. Vulcans are just a race (whose grab bag of powers is impossible), Borg are androids which I may do, never heard of Doomguy. Will look into Tiberian Sun.
I'm all ears, LeeRoy. Nobody was ever hurt by free advice.
So you'll fight it, yoshua? You seem convinced you'll win.

Mechs are extensions of one's being, and there are characters large enough to fight with Mechs. Having a Mech isn't unreasonable for a badass normal to fight a character like Sukoh. But a tank? That's suicide.

Tanks aren't neccesarily larger than mechs, you know.
