Consciousness eased its way back to Aoi's mind as she woke within the prison. Annoyance spread through her as the discomfort caused by her unnatural position set in. Her face was smashed into the corner of the room where the floor met the wall, and her body was crumpled up behind her, as though she'd been thrown carelessly into the room. However, the pose was sure to please the audience, as it showed off her curves quite well.

Aoi made an attempt to roll over, only to find that her hands were cuffed behind her back. Her God Arc was bound into her grasp, preventing her from rolling out of position. If I can't go one way, I'll go the other, concluded Aoi. She gave her Arc a squeeze and it sprang to life, pieces exploding out from it to reconfigure it into rifle mode. The force of the pieces hitting the floor forced the God Arc into the air, turning Aoi onto her side with it.

Finally able to see beyond a small patch of grey flooring, Aoi was suddenly aware that she had no idea where she was nor how she'd gotten there. The room contained the amenities of a warden's office, but with much fewer personal effects than one would expect. The walls and the top of the desk stood bare, the chairs were without cushion, and there was little other furniture to speak of. This kind of setting wasn't uncommon in Aoi's universe, so she felt right at home.

On the floor beside where her God Arc had sat were a bloody arm and leg with ragged wounds, both human and both seemingly from the same person. The satisfied feeling that emanated from Aoi's God Arc told her that someone had touched it while she was knocked out and had learned the hard way why one shouldn't touch a God Arc that is not their own. Aoi was a bit puzzled by this, though; shouldn't everyone know this extremely basic fact?

However, there were things to attend to. She needed to be free of her shackles, and her position didn't allow her enough leverage to break free with brute strength. That left using her rifle, and she had just the thing for the job. Aoi twisted a part of the handle to change bullet types to a weakly explosive mortar round she'd made for training with gravity-affected shots. She pulled the trigger, and...

PEW!

A blazing red laser-type bullet shot upwards, crashing through the ceiling and continuing out of the building before dispersing three football fields above. Missed it by that much. Aoi adjusted the knob one click back and fired again, this time managing to free herself from her shackles.

Aoi found her bag at her feet, still stuffed with O-Ampules. She began to reach for one to replenish her ammo, then thought better of it and slung the bag over her shoulder. Instead, she eyed the two perfectly good sources of energy on the floor. There was no sense in wasting an item in limited supply when there was a viable alternative right there, waiting to be used, after all.

The door to the office swung open, letting Aoi step into the hallway. Through the door, the camera could see that there was now a crater in the floor where the arm and leg had been and that the desk was now in pieces. Aoi's Arc was quite the messy eater.

"I wonder if I'll find anyone else here?"
Name: Aoi Kasakawa
Universe: GOD EATER
Canon or OC: OC

Appearance:

Age: 20
Personality: Put kindly, she's "slow". Put unkindly, she's denser than osmium. However, she has a naive charm to her that, when paired with her positive attitude, make her a likable person.

Abilities:
Accelerated healing: Aoi recovers quickly from damage dealt by sources that aren't composed of Oracle Cells. (mechanics note)
Devour: In combat, Aoi can eat a chunk of an enemy's flesh (through her God Arc's maw) to get a boost to her physical abilities. Out of combat, Aoi can and will eat just about anything for nutrition.
Enhanced strength: God Arcs are heavy. It takes a lot to swing one, let alone jump ten feet holding one.

Equipment:
Aragami-fiber clothes: Self-repairing and super comfy.
God Arc (New-Type): 3-in-1 weapon. Included are a 10-foot longsword, a 4-foot diameter buckler shield, and an 8-foot Oracle rifle. The shield acts as part of sword mode.
*Devour Mode: While in melee mode, the God Arc can grow jaws around the blade and take a bite of the target for a physical boost.
O-Ampules: Oracle Cell infusions that provide energy to Aragami-based life. Used to provide ammo when the God Arc gun is running low.

Faction: Presently factionless.
Background: Aoi is the (most) successful subject of Dr. Sakaki's most recent attempt to create a group of humanoid Aragami that will coexist with humanity. The experiment boils down to surgically embedding Aragami cores into children from a young age in the hopes of creating an Aragami with a human mind. She was raised as a human and has no idea that she's actually biologically an Aragami. Once she became old enough she was trained as a God Eater.

Dr. Sakaki kept Aoi close to him for observation and would often monologue to her about whatever happened to cross his mind simply to gauge her reactions. During one such session, he stated, "If only there were a way to just take a stick, shove it in a box, think of a better place and, by moving the stick, be taken to that better place that had been imagined. If there was, we wouldn't be in this mess..." Aoi, not understanding that such a thing supposedly was impossible, tried it that night and found herself whisked away into the multiverse. Now she searches for a way back home and for something to bring home to provide hope to her colleagues.
So, in-canon the Aragami are invincible to everything that isn't composed of Oracle Cells (which the Aragami themselves are) due to the way the cells congregate. Put simply, you can cut/smash/puncture the Aragami with normal materials, but their cells will just float back into place because MAGIC BIOLOGY. The only way to counter that is to use a weapon also composed of Oracle Cells, which will cause the damaged cells to sort of de-bind from the Aragami. On top of that, the only way to kill an Aragami is to remove its core, which causes the remaining Oracle Cells to disperse into the air, only to form more Aragami.

For the sake of her not being an invincible tank, we'll go with something a bit different from canon. Any damage short of actually removing body parts can knit itself back together in a minute or two. A removed limb that isn't lost (sent into space, left behind in a universe jump, pulverized into pus, or what have you) can be reattached in a bit more time - we'll say five to ten minutes. Otherwise, limbs can regenerate slowly over a couple weeks, which can be expedited with fresh Oracle Cells (which are contained in small quantities in O-Ampules) and by eating large amounts of things, lowering it to a minimum of a day to regenerate an arm or leg. Core removal will remain the only way to kill her, though what that would require without a God Arc or Aragami will need a bit of thought.

I'm just pulling numbers out of thin air, so feel free to suggest changes.

As noted in the CS, I'm working on getting some screenshots in-game for the character's appearance. It might take me a bit to grind for the materials needed, but they will definitely be added.
You'd think the person is crazy because you're not involved in the supernatural, @Minimum. However, if the person sitting beside the group happened to be a supernatural criminal, regardless of whether or not the discussion involved that criminal's crimes, there's a high risk of that criminal calling in friends and staging a surprise attack.

Speaking in public does allow a bit of privacy, but that's only in areas where people are constantly moving around (busy sidewalks, nightclubs, etc.) where someone standing around to eavesdrop would be out of place and easily noticed. Even then it's not perfect privacy; I myself have gotten company passwords simply by tailing IT managers. The office is a necessity for privacy.

In fact, the business I work for is made up of three people: my boss, my coworker, and myself. We have an office, though we're only there maybe twice a month. It's where we can meet with clients who don't want us to come to them, and it's a place for the three of us to have meetings.

Now, I'm going to move into conjecture here. I could be completely wrong, so if I am, don't lynch me.

Looking at Scrapula's and Clanjos' characters, I see they are both set up as being more experienced than Max - Grigori through sheer age (about 40 years) and Jack Bright through profession. Jack Bright would obviously be quite used to meeting in secret locations. Grigori might be as well, or maybe he just doesn't like being out in public. Both have in-character reasons to be doing what they are, so I don't see what your problem is, Minimum.

So what you're saying here is that you don't want anybody thinking at all. No freedom. No actions except those approved by the ruling body, which is you. No interesting story twists.

No roleplaying.

Why did you make this a roleplaying game if you didn't intend for anyone to roleplay? I'm fine with a few rails on a roleplay, but refusing to allow others to think for themselves because it doesn't line up precisely with what you want? That's underhanded and just stupid. Misunderstandings happen in real life. There is no reason whatsoever for misunderstandings to not happen in a game. They make things more interesting and realistic, and if played well they can be a source of fun.

If you want a story where you control all the characters and everyone agrees on everything, you don't need other people. All you need is Microsoft Word.
Scorpio's intent is to ride the Brightmobile with Grandpa Grigori and Uncle Jack. It seems like the right thing to do, given Max's suspicious actions. Plus, they really enjoy going for rides.

My personal intention? I intend for Scorpio to be themself. Whatever may come, Scorpio does their thing themself. I just write the words.

Minimum: roleplaying is happening. Join us!
Scorpio calmly plucked an employee's brand-bearing hat from their head and donned it before moving up to the drink machines. Score! It seemed someone else had ordered chai tea and a fresh batch of the drink had just finished brewing. The old man - Grigori, Scorpio finally remembered - whispered energetically about suspicion and once more called Scorpio a harlot. Business as usual, Scorpio thought.

While filling the cup with tea, Scorpio noticed Max hadn't waited for the whole team to arrive before beginning the briefing, setting off alarms in their mind. Something was indeed going wrong, as old Grigori had said. Just as Scorpio was about to discard the tea, though, Max and the others left, setting off another alarm but assuring Scorpio that the tea was safe.

"Yeah, I'm with you," Scorpio replied to the armored wizard. They opened their mouth to continue, but was cut off by an airhorn and a shout from a familiar voice. With a grin, Scorpio turned to the door and dashed off. "Thanks for the tea, Grandpa!"

In the alley, Scorpio quickly spotted the familiar Brightmobile with its rear end closest to the doorway. "I call the back seat!" cried Scorpio with glee, seeing it vacant. The scorpion tail sprouted from Scorpio's lower back, digging powerfully into the road behind it. Scorpio jumped back, then used the tail to fling themself powerfully at the car - headfirst.

Crash.

Scorpio's shoulders caught against the front seats, preventing a close-up view of a greatly smashed central console. Shards of broken glass glittered from the floorboards beneath the androgynous abomination. Scorpio turned left to look up at Jack with the biggest shit-eating grin they could muster. "How ya been, Jackie?"
