Austin paused mid bite as a guy sat down in front of him. He lowered it and looked at him, studying for a moment before he replied," hey." His typical, nonemotion expression was on his face and he took a bite of his food, watching the person in front of him. Austin wasn't the most talkative person in the world.

Austin nodded to Alex, and was about to reply before a flurry of activity ensued. Losing sight of Alex, he walked out. After walking for a bit, he made his way to the cafeteria. He grabbed ordered a ham sandwich and water, where he went and sat down at one of the tables, forgetting that dried blood was on his back. Next time he saw Alex, he would accept the offer for training.

Austin grumbled as he woke up. He had spent most of his time in his room after he didn't find John, or Kyra, having expected Connor to be with Kijani. He yawned and sat up, and with one look at the clock began to curse, and he jumped up. Throwing on clean clothes, he dashed out and to the cafeteria. He quickly grabbed himself a sandwich and water, finding Connor almost immediately. He said," hey, forgot to turn on my alarm." He took a large bite of the sandwich and then said with his mouth mostly full," I think gym is going to be starting soon."

Prison Life

Kurt laid on his back in his bed, feet hanging of the end of the bed by quite a bit. He tucked his arms behind his head, gazing upward. He took a deep breath through his nose, trying to think of ways to get out. But no, he had to gain the gaurds trust first before he was to try to escape this place.

Fractions: A New Age

Austin quickly offered himself up next as the bait, stepped into the cage ring once ready, lava immediately forming on his hands, and moving up to cover his forearms. He waited no time in charging the beast, right as the beast was released. His right hand swung up, as the beast jumped off of the ground and into the air. His lava covered fist darkened to solid rock, where it slammed into the jaw of the beast, his left swinging up, slamming into the chest of the beast, causing it to flip over him in midair. The punches jarred his body, but not enough to effect his fighting. In mid turn, he felt claws rake his back and let out a hiss of pain, but didn't stop. He spun, his leg arching up in what would have been a round house kick if it connected, instead lava slammed straight into the body of the beast, throwing it back against the wall, where he shoved his hands forwards towards it, the lava flying off of him and solidifying into two solid, hard rock, where it impacted the beast at its chest with a sickening crunch, where it fell down dead.

He watched it for several moments, as if to make sure that it was dead. Pain highlighted his face, but he kept his relatively unemotional expressions. He could feel the blood running down his back, and each step towards the exit sent a new strike of pain through his body, but he did not falter as he make it to the exit.

I just know that I need to be asleep soon. Probably if the current fight isn't over within 30 minutes, I'll be forced to call it a night. I don't function well on six hours of sleep
