Aurland, Norway. Day One.

Aimee wondered when the ship from Iceland would arrive and wondered if anyone she knew would be joining the expedition.

The morning was calm and everything going on in the viking themed lobby was uneventful. However, despite how mundane things were, the girl's heart was racing. No, no, it wasn't exactly fear, but excitement. This expedition, it was fresh and new, and Aimee couldn't wait.

Her eyes flitted to clock and she thought about the ship from Iceland and clucked her tongue. She wasn't too fond of the waiting game and she spent most of her time, flitting from chair to chair or stretching in a corner. At one point, the girl wound up talking to a tall and lanky man who was a few years older. He was reading something when she approached, and he didn't look too pleased, considering he had been interrupted. "Er, how may I help you?"

"Hey, where did the grenade victim go?" Aimee gave the confused looking man a friendly smile.

He arched an eyebrow before a look of worry flashed across his features. "Pardon?" he asked. "Is...is someone hurt?"

"Everywhere," the girl responded before she gave him a cheeky smile.

It took awhile for the man to understand the joke and soon he was rolling his eyes and telling her it wasn't funny.

Aimee wasn't even listening and before he knew it, the girl was seated beside him, rummaging to her bag and rechecking her supplies. She would occasionally stop to glance at the clock and pace around, muttering something about a ship to Iceland or some expedition.

"I'm going on an expedition," she had muttered at one point. The man beside Aimee ignored her, but she went on. "I'll be travelling with other soldiers, it's a pretty exciting thought." She clasped her hands behind her head and stared up at the ceiling. "Hey, mister, do you wanna hear another joke?" He shook his head but she turned to him with a broad smile and laughed. "I've got all day, I suppose."

The man wished the ship from Iceland would get there soon.
I've got some homework to do tonight. I'll see if I can post before I head to sleep. If I can't, expect one tomorrow.
This is going to be great, I can feel it.
Awesome, I look forward to roleplaying with you people :D!

Nah, the photo isn't of Rin. It's fanart of Riza Hawkeye ^^ though it does look a tad like Rin. Daughter of Evil was great, especially the music box version <3

Description: Aimee stands at 5'6 with features that are more athletic than feminine. The girl has sandy blonde hair and light blue eyes.

Name: Aimee Anenson

Age: 19

Nationality: Norwegian

Gender: Female

Area of birth: Grimstad

Immunity: Yes

Profession: Scout

Languages: Norwegian and Icelandic, however, she isn't as good at the latter.

Personality:

Confident and honest (or perhaps blunt is a better word), Aimee isn't one to beat around the bush and If she has something to say, you can bet she'll say it to your face. Yes, the girl is not afraid to speak her mind, but she doesn't go out of her way to be rude either. Aimee is friendly enough, with her out of place jokes and wry grins. She tries to keep the mood up, but at times her humor can be either out of place, morbid, or sarcastic.

"I get it, I need to bite my tongue sometimes. I meant nothing of it, kay? So don't get all pissed, you'll die young if you keep being a grouch."

Aimee is quick to shrug things off and isn't one to hold grudges, so most of the time she expects the same from others. She's not exactly the most expressive or empathetic person out there, but she does believe in 'action speaks louder than words' and if you've gained her trust, then you can expect her to have your back. Aimee is protective of her teammates, but she's got a certain coldness to her. She'll listen to people rant and rave, but she won't say much about herself and will probably offer a bad joke or an awkward tap on the shoulder instead of hugs and words of comfort. Her affectionate gestures include headlocks, punches to the shoulder, and name calling.

"Uh...why is she crying? Did I say something wrong? Crap, I did, didn't I?"

"You are all so confusing, it kind of makes my brain hurt."

Aimee a mix of confident and awkward, and while well versed in hand to hand combat, she usually misses the most obvious of social cues.

Brief Bio:

Born in the portside town of Grimstad, Aimee grew up listening to tales of giants and sea beasts.

Aimee's father was a scout for the army, but he died in combat when the girl was six. She didn't really know him because he was mostly away on missions. Perhaps, it was for the best. Losing him didn't hurt as much as it ought to and life was peaceful. Well, until the town nearby suffered from another outbreak of the rash. People began panicking and soldiers were shipped out to fight the threats and keep them away from Grimstad.

Aimee noticed the suffering all around and wanted to help in her own way. At the age of fifteen, she decided to enlist, much to her mother's dismay. The girl excelled in most things physical, and in the span of a few years she was out with the soldiers, scouting the perimeter and fighting off creatures.
I'm almost done, I'll be posting my sheet in a couple of minutes.
Is the scout spot still open :D? If no one minds, I'd like to give it a go.

I just woke up though and can't have a CS up till late-ish afternoon or tonight.
D: I'm too late.

Anyways, lovely RP you folks have here :)! It's been awhile since I've seen something this interesting. Best of luck to you guys, you definitely have a lurker xD
Did someone say horror? *Inserts gleeful tap dance*

Rockette, that haunted house sounds amazing and it kind of sounds like The Great Horror Campout. I'm a fan of creepy things and ghost stories, but I've never been to a haunted house. Unfortunately, I live in the middle of nowhere.

However, I would like to visit one before I die or something, haha.

Are you guys into creepypastas :)? If you're into reading about the bizarre and frightening, I recommend Sixpenceee or Saya in Underworld.
