This event is supposed to be for new trainers only, but Willow isn't doing any serious background checks on anyone, so Lumen really only needs to keep quiet about it and she's good. Or you could do a whole different character. Your choice, really.

Hahaha Nyx I adore you XD I agree, we'd have hours and hours of entertaining conversation. I just picture two brick walls of ideas colliding in a flurry of excitement, fact, theory and noise XD so awesome.
@Erran, thank you for supplying the CS skeleton for me! I really suck at remembering to post that to the OP lol..
I like some of the ideas you offered up Nyx, I think I'll do some serious planning this week to get things set up. I think I'll set a post requirement for each training session based on what the training will be, and we'll do it via PM, then the conversation will be posted in the IC via hider so anyone can read it if they choose. So, for he first week of training, what I might do, is post my post for each of the time slots on the schedule, a mass interactive post for each and post them all at once. Then, each player can choose whichever section of the day they want to post a response to in order to focus on that area of training. That way nobody has to post for an entire training day each time, just the parts they want. For the one on one training, if I'm wanting to do one on one healing training with a certain player, I'll PM them an additional intro to training post, as well as post the generic magicka training post on the daily training post in the ic. In game timeline; while the entire groups is working on magics, Merrik pulls character X aside and asks if he can work personally with them, as he does, he's keeping an eye on the other tamers. This allows for tamers who are doing the generic training to interact with Merrik while he is doing the private training.
Does that kind of make sense?

We'll have the week, possibly 2 to see how it goes, and then the next movement post we'll have will be a mingling Sunday evening post, just to give everyone a chance to request personal training time with Merrik, or work with each other or do personal projects with what they've learned from that in game week. Then, the next movement post will be an event, likely Merrik will send a group of tamers to complete an assigned task, keeping others with him to complete a different task.

Just send me the email attached to it. I'll send you the link to the google doc and you can to there to type and edit. Just like a collab program :)
Google docs is the best. It's basically Microsoft word, PowerPoint, and excel, online for free, all saved automatically and stored on googles servers. I use it for everything. You can access it by going to google and clickng the nine little squares in the top right, or by searching google docs. :)

Lol I can't really think of any special events, it doesn't have to be major it could just be that we got a pet monkey. Anything, lol just to open the ic with and get people writing right? Lol
Do you have a google account? So I can create a google document and add you to it so we can like, work on that to establish the storyline? But. With great power comes great responsibility. I don't wanna see you giving your character any edges based on prior OOC GM knowledge ;)
Lol erran, I might appoint you to be my official plot confidante. Because it sucks not being able to spew out ideas and have someone to help me organize them lol
I just figure its a good way to really kick things off with the massive number of characters we have lol. I know some of us are trying to collab privately, some are embracing the IC, but I think putting us all together, open post IC style, would be great :)
