Just to 410, Niv began to move around in a swift motion, in a way that 410 couldn't actually pinpoint where he was and what he planned to do. "Nyeh...target movement is unspecified..." 410 said as she continued to fire many golden blasts of energy, in which they all missed as Niv was albe to evade all of them with no problem.

"Counter fire go!" 45 saw Homura, and knew that Homura would fire at her again with that gun. However, she wasn't able to detect the mortar under her as she did not look at her feet yet.

Bernkastel, at first, just stood there with her scythe, not ready as the light ray came close to her. With no effort, she moved the scythe's blade in the area that the ray would hit her, and blocked it with no problem.

"You truly are strong to strong for Celestia I see. I was hoping to not have to resort to this but I see no other choice. It's time for the ultimate judgement I call forth Judgement Dragon" Crimson states noticing that Celestia had no chance against the others. As he was speaking Celestia had faded away and was eventually replaced with a very large dragon. "A little sooner than I would've preferred" Crimson muttered still not in his normal mental state but he figured he needed to help somehow.

Over by where Yang and N. Ruby were they could see a man with a bottle of some kind of alcohol. He had a rather drunken smile on his face and was heading to them in a sort of stumble seeming barely holding his balance. "Anybody know where a bloke can get some ogre killer around here" the man said to the four his breath reeking of alcohol. He was closest to Yang at the time as he had approached from her side of the area. His speech was slurred and he had an Australian accent which may or may not make it harder to understand him.

"Huh? Target missed!" 45 panicked as they were hit by Homura's attack. However, since they were Furniture, both 410 and 45 can't be killed, and this wasn't enough to bring the both of them down. It seemed at this point, the magical link between 45 and 410 weakened as they weren't together, thus leaving an opening for Niv and Crimson.

"Projectile detected, ammo type not identified...authorizing counter attack!" 45 quickly examined the upcoming burst of light ray from Celestia's staff, and immediately shooting a small golden ray but it still had powerful magical energy within it. It wasn't as strong as the linked golden ray 45 fired off at first with 410.

Bernkastel didn't seem frustrated or worried at all, but only a slight amused smile appeared for a split second before she returned to that emotionless state of hers. She only kept that scythe of hers in tight grasp, waiting for someone to attack her.

"No problem, now where did that other guy go? Nyeh..." 410 was still confident that she could handle Niv on her own, her eyes quickly scanning the chapel hall. It seemed like Niv had slipped away. It was until his voice seemed to be behind her, saying,"Gotcha..."

In that instant, Niv managed to swing his katana at 410's arm, leaving a good cut there before he had to back off from her incoming golden blasts of energy. Niv thought, putting away his katana and pulling out his dual pistols. Being swift on his feet to avoid all of the homing shots that 410 was sending at him, Niv shot at her several times, only hitting a few times but it still didn't seem to do much against her.

The golden ray and light ray clashed causing a large explosion at point of contact. Crimson smirked using this to his advantage as a sudden light ray from Celestia was blasted at Bernkastel using the smoke from the explosion as a cover in an attempt to catch her off guard. "Heh just gotta distract them for a little while longer then I can bring you out and you'll change everything" Crimson muttered looking down at one of his best cards which was Judgement Dragon.

"Just need to buy some time let my mental state turn back to normal then I can bring out my strongest monster and well she'll be history" Crimson whispered to Niv getting his card ready. "Ya know three against one doesn't seem fair even if the one appears to teleport around Niv how about we give some assistance least we can take the other two off if they survive" Crimson said as Wulf waas beginning to vanish. "I call forth Celestia the Lightsworn Angel lets see how you like this" Crimson says having this angel monster appear to aid Homura. "Attack er that one" Crimson says pointing at Chiester 45. Celestia had obeyed it's master and shot some kind of light ray attack from it's staff.

With the sound of Homura's voice and Crimson running after her, Bernkastel stopped in her tracks and slightly turned her head towards them. Sighing in dismay, the Witch of Miracles summoned her scythe of Blue Truth. "One of you seems to have some persistence...just like ...." Bernkastel mutters as she only stands still, facing Crimson as she loosely held her scythe. Above her, two flashes of gold sparkled with brilliance before fading away. Niv thought as he noticed the gold lights first, and had a feeling that Crimson was falling for some trap. "Crimson! Don't fall for that witch's games! She's trying to lure you into a trap!!" Niv warned, knowing what exactly was going to happen if those golden lights had any meaning in them.

Homura stopped time. She ran and took Crimson and Wulf back to Niv. Then she stood in his place. Time flowed again. "Before you can fight him, fight me.", she said, holding a pistol in her hand.

"Wh-wha" was Crimson's only remark as he was now next to Niv. "Dang and I was planning on sending out this one" Crimson said showing that his axe had vanished showing Niv a card of 'Celestia the Lightsworn Angel'. "I was planning to have Wulf vanish and Celestia appear to attack at range rather than melee" Crimson said to Niv quietly readying the card should Homura need backup.

"Isn't that how the cruel ?....death would eventually occur, then why make such a fuss over it?" Bernkastel had only this to say. As if she had lost interest, Bernkastel began to walk away from the chapel, not attempting to just warp away. Maybe she wanted to see their reaction towards her, the merciless murderer. "One more thing...search around, I suppose the Second Twilight has been done....tear apart the two who are close...even if it were possible, not even a miracle would prevent it all," Bernkastel spoke one last time before walking slowly away.

"After all this your just gonna walk away I don't think so" Crimson stated running after Bernkastel with his axe gripped tightly in his hands. If any were to notice Crimson eyes had started glowing again possibly hinting that anger also sets this off. Wulf also ran out after Bernkastel trying to help its master.

"Simple. Boredom," Bernkastel spoke with that emotionless tone, her cold stare piercing through Crimson before she turned her attention towards Erika. "Don't worry Lady Bernkastel, I can fix this! Just give me mo-..." Erika tried to convince the cruel witch that she could still pull this off, but stopped in pain Bernkastel had summoned her scythe and swung the blade right through Erika. "*You are not needed at this point, you've failed your part. You are only a mere piece, Furudo Erika. Maybe when I've gotten over your failure, I might bring you back. Unfortunately, you have to understand your place...*" Bernkastel said as Erika froze in shock at those words, the Red Truth materializing into a red blade that pierced right through Erika. That red blade of the Red Truth had the power of Bernkastel's denial over Erika's usefulness, and for that, Erika's existence was erased from this "gameboard." Bernkastel only had her scythe disappear, and merely told Dlanor,"Sorry for the trouble my piece has caused for you to be here. You may return to your post with the Witch of Certainty." "As you WISH, Lady Bernkastel," Dlanor said as she did a little bow and disappeared in a cluster of golden butterflies.

"Returning to the matter at hand, I am the culprit, but what do you plan to do by just stating the culprit as me? In the time wasted between you and my piece Erika, I could had done the Second Twilight and Third Twilight of the murders by then. However, if you really aim to stop the murders, then I might as well find a way to quench my boredom amongst all of you. It's only that simple," Bernkastel sighed, seeing no point to hide her identity as the culprit for the murders, it wouldn't change much anyways. All of the murders done by Bernkastel were only just to keep her entertained, all for the sake of a cruel Witch she was. "Well, you're just a whole new definition of messed up," Niv said, seeing that Bernkastel wasn't some cheesy villain as how Erika was.

"Wulf defe-" Crimson had started to say but was unable to get it out in time with his arm still outstretched towards where Erika was showing his intent to try and save her. He fell to his knees looking down as his outstretched arm fell to the ground. "Boredom is what caused all all this.....death" Crimson said his hands balling into fists. He slowly rose to his feet. "Come forth the axe of despair" Crimson muttered as a large axe appeared in his hands. "I'll......kill.....you " he muttered gripping that axe tightly with an extreme amount of anger fueling this new resolve. He had seen Greap and everything he said and did but due to his current anger didn't really say anything towards him.

For once, Erika seemed stuck as now things started to appear rocky again. "You have nothing to say?...well, let me help you out," Niv said, having an idea that would determine everything. "Say this in your stupid Red Truth, 'Niv is the culprit of this murder and the witch Bernkastel is not.' If you're so hellbent on putting blame on me, just say it and be done with this! Say it!" This was it. Erika froze as she knew she couldn't say that in red, because it was Bernkastel as the real culprit. If she said that with the Red Truth, then it will become a contradiction... "I...I-I refuse!" Erika suddenly tried to refute that, but had nothing to use against that.

"It's truly sad it had to turn out like this. Things seemed greatly entertaining when it started," a voice rang out as Bernkastel was at the entrance way of the chapel. "Lady Bernkastel..." Erika looked scared, hoping that she wasnt going to be sent back to nothingness.

"Heh i gotta ask 'why the murders?' you must have had a really messed up life to do something like that ya know" Crimson muttered staring directly into her eyes just waiting for a reason to give Wulf the command to attack.

Erika didn't seem to lose her cool, maintaining her possible inner frustration at how this was starting to turn up to be. At this rate, she could be cornered if all of these earlier said Red Truths would further contradict her later theories. It all had to make sense, she was defending her master, the witch Bernkastel, after all, so it had to be made possible for a human to do so, in this case the culprit would be Niv. "Of course, I wouldn't be caught empty-handed in this case," Erika smiled innocently, as if she were silently teasing him,"There is a solution to this strange arrangement of events that led to this. Let's see. When I put the seals on, it was at a time between when the six people entered and when the murders happened through the strange "bomb" method. However, even if it's in Red through my familiar's confirmation, there is one contradiction which would had been noticed if he did say it in red himself. When he said "there was no need to enter the chapel," I can definitely say that *the culprit did need to enter the chapel early on, and set up the so-called bombs for the indirect murders, and finished doing so and leaving before I would even put up the seals.* That would be the case if our culprit is a human." As soon as Erika stopped her new theory that would go in with Niv's theory, Dlanor added in,"Allow me to speak. Let it be said that *the time of events is the CULPRIT preparing the murders with the bombs, left sometime before the six victims entered the chapel, and right after they entered, the detective sealed the doors and windows. Sometime after the seals being placed, the murders occurred, then the culprit rushed back to see if they are dead, breaking the seals. That is the timeline of events that is the most probable. If there is any obstruction to this timeline, then that is a VIOLATION to Knox's 9th.*" It was pretty clear if Crimson or Niv made one wrong move that would violate the Knox's Decalogue, Dlanor was sure to make her first attacking move, especially when she had a broadsword made out of the energy of the Red Truth in her hands. "Oh, there's more to this too! The reason for why the chapel was sealed with people inside, it's to see if someone from the inside was the culprit, but since they clearly died at the same time, that scenario ceases to exist," Erika said, adding her reason to it. From this point, she was starting to clean up all of the possible contradictions in her Red Truths, and wondered what their next move against her would be.

Well.... Niv thought, unable to think of anything that could top that.

"Knox's this Red truth that all of this and I've noticed something. You've done nothing but defend another culprit in this matter your master. Ever since I called her out you've been obviously defensive of her and very dead set on it being Niv despite the possibility that was pure curiosity that he came across the scene I don't know about you two but if I came across a sealed chapel i'd sure as hell break the seal to figure out what was in it" Crimson states taking a more defensive stance while pulling out another card as if prepared to use it should a hostile move be made. "Now yet another question 'could it be at all possible that there was another that came in and planted the bombs and Niv came across it out of pure curiosity?' Wait there's more 'why are you so defensive about your master?' a good detective should always consider everyone and not be so defensive of another" Crimson stated completely unsure of how he was going to defend this case. 'Great well there goes that..........wait a minute maybe we can use that Red Truth to our advantage.....come on think Crimson think there's got to be something i'll keep stalling until either me or Niv thinks of something' Crimson thought replaying everything that's happened since he brought up Bernkastel, in his mind.

In an instant as if she were some machine, Dlanor spoke,"Allow me to speak. Let it be said that *the seals were broken ONCE and by ONE person only. The seals cannot be repaired completely.*" Erika crossed her arms in thought, and then got an idea. "I suppose what Dlanor said could answer your doubts on Lady Bernkastel's alibi. She could had not come in with out breaking the seals, and Niv was the only one found to break the seals when we first found him here," Erika said, then let Dlanor give another Red Truth. "Allow me to speak. Let it be said by Erika that *she witnessed Niv at the scene of the crime, thus confirming his alibi HERE. In addition, there are no hidden passages within the chapel for Lady Bernkastel to use for the illusion of MAGIC, it is a violation of Knox's 3rd.*" Dlanor added a few more details with the Red Truth."Tch, how about this? Sure, it's possible that I was found here. That confirms my alibi, but I did not cause the deaths. The deaths were indirectly caused. A way this could happen is that the six people entered the chapel and sat down at the altar in suspicion, but ate the food that was placed on the altar. Instantly, their guts were blown up, as the food had small bombs in them placed by the culprit. Since the possibility of Bernkastel as the culprit is still there, she could had done the miracle of adding candy in the blown up guts! There was no need to find a way into the sealed chapel, so how's that for a theory? So-called detective," Niv said with this new theory. At first, Erika laughed at how ridiculous it sounded, but stopped as Dlanor spoke. "Theory affirmative. There is no violation against the SAID Red Truths. Thus, even not said in RED, your theory becomes a Red Truth on it's own," Dlanor said, not really in Erika's favor and was only there to uphold the law.

"Heh Niv that sounds so crazy but hey it's been marked as one of those red truth things sso it has to be well true" Crimson remarked moving out from behind Wulf. "So that still doesn't convict any one person but it still leaves a couple questions. Like maybe who set this up? or another one 'why was the chapel sealed with people inside? yeah lets go with that on detective." Crimson remarked saying 'detective' in a mocking tone cause in his mind her stories weren't adding up Red truth or not.

"Let's see...Dlanor, would you do the honors by explaining the Red Truth to him? It wouldn't be fair if I finish this with a few Red Truths," Erika sighed. "Affirmative. Allow me to speak, *the Red Truth is plainly the TRUTH spoken by the user. It is the truth and nothing else. It is known as true to the user, and if not true to the user, the user will choke on their words upon attempting to say the untruthful words in red.* Miss Erika has not choked on her own words as of now, she has not spoken or attempted a lie," Dlanor said with that emotionless expression, sounding almost like a humanoid robot by her tone.

"Ah, that should be a great help Dlanor, I really appreciate it. Hm, if Niv knew magic...that would decide things quite quickly. Though, even if you say magic is the cause of this, I can reassure you, *even a human could had done this so cleverly,*" Erika said as she crossed her arms. Erika knew how ruthless Dlanor was when upholding the upmost truth and law, so this could be in her favor already.

"Niv, would you clarify for us if you have any magical or supernatural traits?" Erika asked, smiling a bit as she spoke those words. Niv thought, being not so great with this kind of stuff. In an instant, Dlanor summoned a sword made out of the energy of the Red Truth. "Allow me to speak. Let it be said that *if Niv does not answer Erika's question, it is a violation upon Knox's 9th. It will also lead with more suspicion to Niv being the CULPRIT,*" Dlanor spoke in red. Niv thought in frustration. "I only have one unique trait, being able to regenerate if I was wounded, and that I get a short power boost from the regeneration," Niv explained for them, hoping that they wouldn't say anything that would corner him.

"It might be that i'm from another dimension but i'm less inclined to believe it now to be perfectly honest....Nothing like this exists where i'm from and the only witch I know has the same power as me which if you haven't noticed I can summon the monsters from dueling cards and activate equip spells for when I need a weapon.....Before you point the finger at me remember I crash landed after my dragon was shot out of the sky after niv had opened the doors." Crimson stated still behind Wulf for protection. Crimson thought over everything that had been said and noticed something from earlier when they were outside. "How do we know if your master has an alibi or not it's not like we've asked her it is possible that she could have killed them and re sealed the doors before Niv ever got there" Crimson said thinking he was on to something.
