*cracks knuckles* Time to post something good I guess. Dunno about you guys, but if the goal of this is to give us interaction, I think it's time EVERYONE interacts.

Hunter got a topless hug, his short term goal is met, so let's make this interesting.
You're the one who said it not me!

EDIT: Begin Operation: Bath Hunter in flames so his clothes burn up immediately after everyone finds out he actually survived that massive explosion!

Or something like that.
Then at some point, Hunter needs to have his clothes like...shredded...right before Eika flings herself into his arms or something.

EDIT: Gentle Fist sounds dirty.
That was adorable. Aww, and a hug.
Hunter: ....you know I'm not wearing pants right?
Eika: AAA *sumo palms him across the room*
Id: HE WAS KIDDING!
Eika: WHAT?! WHY!?
Ego: *pees herself laughing*

Sure
The doctor took a seat on one of the stools as Nuka spoke about curtains and coffee. Actually, that was surprising that the bar didn't have a coffee maker. As she spoke, he pulled a small notebook out, green eyes flicking between the pages as he listened silently. The offer of a drink came about, as it inevitably would with this company. Alex winced at the idea of alcohol this early in the morning. His constitution was lacking, and it didn't take much to make him stagger all over the place spouting medical nonsense. Plus, he could really only handle sweet drinks. Fortunately Nuka was an excellent bartender and could make even the strongest drink taste amazing. Unfortunately, her drinks were also excessively strong and made Alex a gibbering flirt after one cup, and an unconscious wreck after two. Starting the day in such a way would be a quick path to an early grave for the doctor.

"I'll...pass, thanks. Joel seems to believe I'm sickly and has taken to giving me extremely large breakfasts these mornings, so I'm full...speaking of, you aren't hung-over today."

His eyes flicked from Nuka back to the notebook, one brow raised as he read a list of medical supplies he needed to order. The note for meeting the new farmer caught his eye again. It had been some time since Alex had taken up residence in the town. The first days were the hardest for the socially inept man. Ignoring that his predecessor had no organizational habits whatsoever and Alex had to basically clean and shift the entirety of the clinic around to even have it functional, the town itself was friendly, extremely so. And that had been the problem. Alex had learned from an early age that his personality was, plain and simple, difficult to get along with. He had a perpetual tone of disinterest and irritation. Even when sincere, it tended to come off as sarcastic. As such, he simply gave up on friends and loved ones and retreated into medicine. Then Mineral Town came into his life, alongside the nightmare that was social obligation. It was impossible to walk from point a to point b without being bombarded by a smile or greeting. Not that it was bad, but Alex's awkward social abilities made each day a struggle. In fact, most of his days started with Joel, who at this point was essentially a house-wife, making him a breakfast and chatting up a storm, then a walk over to the bar to deliver the remedy to a hung over, irritable Nuka complaining about her head and sounds, before heading back to the clinic and spending his day working on various experiments until someone injured themselves and came for treatment.

The closest things he had to friends were an inebriate and a butler. The doctor gave an involuntary twitch at the realization that this was a positive accomplishment in his eyes.

Meeting the new farmer was expected on a couple levels. It would potentially save the young man some trouble down the way if he met the doctor now instead of after he crushes his foot with a scythe or hoe or whatever they strapped to the underside of a cow to extract the milk. He wouldn't have to deal with the constant questions of 'Have you met the new farmer?' by other townspeople. The town was so close knit that NOT going to meet him would invariably cause the others to wonder about the doctor. Alex flipped the book shut, eyes flitting back to Nuka sleepily. He knew if he fell asleep here, she would either get mad at him for it...or simply take it as an excuse to fall asleep herself.

"I'm intending on meeting the new farmer today. I don't think anyone will come in this early. Did you want to say hello as well, or would you like me to hit the light switch on the way out so you can sleep?"
Forum RPs, the easiest thing to die since hamsters became pets.

Well, if need be I can double up as well if you find another position that needs to be filled or simply more villagers to help things flow. Posting now by the by.

Alex: Suave with the ladies. "Hey you're not drunk!"
Hi Ase! I know you're a medic, so I got you this! *flings hypodermic needles into her body* CAUSE I CAAARE!

Ase: I'M SO HAPPY! *foaming at mouth*
Understandable. This is sorta why I try to make characters I can just kinda sandwich against others, to help avoid it.

As I've said before, I'm not one to quit on an RP unless it's very truly dead *I'm usually the last to post in most of them in fact* so I will stick with you guys.
And if anyone ever needs ANY kind of interaction or is hurting for inspiration, Alex's clinic is alwaaaaays open and I welcome the fun.

Kira's inactivity was not due to "lack of guiding force". It was due to her own lack of self competence to engage with anyone, and also not having the interest to TRY to interact past one post. She has several roleplays that she is in, and seems to have more interest in them.

I wasn't referring to Kira, but rather the comment of "Let's make sure to not make it a habit, hmm?" which comes off as a little harsh considering we just started.

We didn't think it was too hard to ask for people to play nice for a little bit as we cleaned up the ties and figured out what was going on- before we started up things.

It's not. But things will be slow to start because of it.

I understand the frustration of slow starts, especially when someone drops immediately. But at the moment, I don't think there's any real need to worry or call others out about it. :)

At least, not yet anyway.
Okay double post for days.
