I'm still here, just waiting on hamster
Post your character then. Our gm's are really busy, but I'm sure if you read the already accepted characters you see the sky is the limit
Every time we accept a new person they submit a cs then never post. If you do this we will remove your ears
Name: Faust
Rank: Corporal
Description: Faust is a large man, standing at 6'5, and about 6'8 when in full carapace armor. As such, he serves as his squad's pointman, being a giant force kicking in doors. He is always wearing his helmet when in gear, and is never seen without it. Faust is know for being fairly quiet most of the time. He is assigned to Squad Epsilon that operates out of kasr Gallo.
Job: Kasrkin

Name: "Raptor" Repzik
Rank: Captain
Description: Repzik is a fighter pilot who flies the Thunderbolt out of Air Base Farren. He is a little below average height and weight, but makes up for it in consummate flying ability. He is originally from Cadia itself and has been stationed back on the planet after several tours off planet.
Job: Fighter Pilot
Area of Responsibility: Kasr Gallo

Kasr Gallo is the city of, Gallo. It is a moderate sized city, and neither the largest or smallest on the planet. The city itself is rather unremarkable in terms of attractions, and has the same levels of defense as other citys. Outerwalls, segmented city districts, and roads that zig zag like a key to prevent easy maneuvering of the city, or for attacking forces to set up long corridors of fire. The roads make it so the defenders can make every stretch of road a bloody battle of inches for invading forces. Many roads have bridges over them laden with explosives so that at any time a barricade may be collapsed on a road. But the bridges don't actually connect any points.

The surrounding area is similar to the rest of Cadia. A dense forest sea broken by seas of civilization. To the North of Gallo is Air Base Farren, a joint PDF Imperial Navy Air base maintaining a permanent station on the planet. While the Imperial Navy flies Thunderbolts and Marauders, the exceptionally talented PDF fly the lighter Avengers and Lightnings.

To the West of Gallo, is an Orbital laser defense array manned by PDF forces.

The surrounding 3 miles of Gallo has been cleared of trees, and is a network of bunkers, trenches, and tank traps. There is a single road out, and a single road in, now manned by a check point in preparation for the invasion.

NPCS:
Colonel Artag. Colonel Artag is in command of the defense of Gallo. His back is ramrod straight and he stands at an intimidating 6'2. His legs, left arm, and left eye are all cybernetic, taken in the last black crusade.
(more can be added later but nothing for now)
The year is 999.M41, and Abaddon the Despoiler's forces spill out of the Eye of Terror. His forces have made a systematic invasion of the sectors around the Eye, shattering resistance, and burning worlds. The massive fleets have brushed aside all attempts to stop them, and have broken into several splinter fleets, while also pushing into the Cadian system itself, taking all the worlds but Cadia itself. Cadia now stands as the last bulwark against Chaos, and Creed has given one order to the forces of Cadia. Hold.

So, Sup guys, just wanted to do a Warhammer thread.

Rules of Engagement: Post a character in here to be approved, Be an Imperial, have fun, post at least a paragraph, and try to use decent grammar and spelling.

I say no to space marines yet, because they haven't arrived to the planet, but if the thread goes on long enough I don't see why they can't show up. NO CHAOS. PvP is so rarely executed well, I won't allow it right now.

Here is the character sheet, I'll keep it simple.

Is this dead? Pathfinder I'd say post to try and breathe some life back into this
Kyrtaar

Kyrtaar looked at Aevah when she mentioned the Fae in him. No use hiding that. "Yes, I have taken on some Fae" he said. He listened to Aevah's reasoning, it made sense to him. But he still felt bitter. "Everyone uses everyone eventually. There are the powerful who use, and the weak who are used. I don't have the power of Mundhir just given to me, the ability to throw lives at a problem until its goes away. Whatever is coming, Mundhir will use the same tactic everyone else will. Feed it human meat until it stops."

As the sun began to set, Kyrtaar would dismount, and help Aevah dismount as well. He tied the horses to each other to prevent them from leaving, and began collecting the tinder and small things they had in their bags for a fire. He took his bow, and arrows, and broke them to feed to the fire. He figured with his strengthened abilities he would never need it again. He shot a small ball of energy into the tinder, causing it to combust. He helped Aevah sit next to the fire and then he went to the saddlebags to remove the dry rations they had been given, and returned, placing the food in her hands. Kyrtaar ate in silence, and stared into the fire. Eventually, Kyrtaar laid down and went to sleep for a mere hour. He dreamed of the sky burning and the world coming to pieces around him as he ran into an infinite void. He woke up in his cold sweat, and sat up. He then tended to the fire until morning in silence.
Lazuli

Lazuli had heard the goblins coming. Often times they let the small green creatures pass in peace, but when the goblins tried tricks they were killed. Sometimes they brought prisoners or sacrifices or gifts to the goloms. But Lazuli and it's kind didn't care. They waited in the dark. Watching. And so it was when Jazeer was was brought before him. The goloms gathered slowly, what was left of them watching the sickly man approach. They stood in the shadows watching him. Many of the ones that stood around him were silent and had lacked or lost their sentience.

Lazuli approached, his blues eyes glowing in the dark before his body broke out of the shadows into the light. It spoke, the voice being gravely and bassy, the lips moved with the words but the noise didn't seem to generate from the mouth. Lazuli felt compelled to speak and interact. "Crown Prince Jazeer." It said before pausing for a moment. "This one is called Lazuli." It looked the prince up and down, sickly. Dying. Weak. But Lazuli's prime directive was to protect, to serve. Prince meant one of having power, and Lazuli, having no allegiances to anything felt compelled again, to assist the man. "What do you want? What have you come for? Do you need my assistance?" It asked the prince.

Lazuli waited for the reply, and looked around, looking at the goblins cowering in fear of the stone creature, almost 3 times their height.
