One of my cousins went to a school where they weren't even allowed to go to the washroom without a 'buddy', and this was talking about WITHIN the school, lol. Going outside a school that's pretty much isolated from the rest of society seems like a big deal, I wouldn't have been surprised if you needed a faculty member to supervise an outing.

Here in our school, only one was allowed to go to the washroom.

Plus, it's a bit of an embarassment when walking out with those of the opposite gender, especially since Anedine has only made one female friend so far out of three (cue possible reverse harem) and it's likely that Cortez doesn't like walking out with people for errands.

So it's almost not even worth it unless they just want to get out beyond the walls. I honestly think it's more trouble than it's worth to try and explain that on the paper. As an Education minor, it's important that rules but short and simple and easy to understand. The longer and more complex they are, the more difficult they are to understand and people won't follow them. Honestly, going in pairs isn't that hard unless you just have an anti-social character and in that case, it's Maria's way of saying, 'Time to make friends, kiddo.'

Seems like you're trying to keep that rule for some bit of shenanigans though, by stating the fact just now that nothing really of interest is within 300 meters.

A bit unfair, but still fine though.

Most schools here IRL has some store within a short walk away. It is unusual for a school not to have one.

She's fully aware of the villain we have made for this RP and she knows what said villain is capable of. She's not going to send her students out there unarmed and it's better to go in pairs. So no, I won't change the rule. It stands. .-.

But make it a bit lighter though? As in if going solo, just within a 300 meter distance so someone from within can see? Hopefully there's a few stores from that distance.

Magical "silencers" could at least damage her, but it is not estimated to what extent, so all effort had to be in one shot all at once, else she adapts again to counter this. If such scenario occurs, the only way to contain her is to trap her into another universe that is inhabitable.

Before the plan could even be let through, however, Retsukuu had suddenly shifted into a form of pure energy again, then in sight, emits a huge, bluish-purple explosion sphere, which although dealt little damage, knocked out every electronics and magic in the area, disabling all ships and the power on the planet regardless of any EMP protection. Time for power restoration unknown. Charge attack seems to be preparing to be attempted.
