Dendus - Garden
The sight of swaying trees on the borders, the feel of cold air brushing against his skin, the sound of background ambience of all the rustling leaves, cicada noises and bird songs echoing within his ears, and the smell of... wait, angels and demons? In Athalia?

It's more likely than he thought.

Dendus looked around again around the garden. A dark-haired boy taking a nap seemed fine, and so did two girls talking to each other. Then there seemed to be the same couple from the bookstore earlier, which was a bit strange to meet again, but still seemed okay, or so for now at least. He thought of approaching one of them if they know any heavenly or demonic figure within the campus.

And noting that Athalia is a magical academy, asking the two girls casually having a conversation that previously had one guy but then left if there was a theological entity within the gates of the school is surprisingly normal.

"In the recent news regarding all the current conflict between the Equestrian and the Triarian Empires, we are beginning to prepare our forces for this current incoming galactic conflict. And to whom will we side? The Triarians, of course. We have made a short talk previously regarding all the recent events that led to this standoff, and to say, we are stating our favor of the Triarii. In compliance with this, our guarding scout fleets have turned to the side near Equestrian territories, and we are now awaiting any order from the Collective for any action. I, however, would like to say godspeed to both the opposing sides whether this escalates into battle or stays as mindless bickering and arguing. Odometus, out."

"First of all, while you sounded a little hypocritical there in making said Aetherii sound a bit like gods, we understand that this is only some metaphorical reference as we see the Aetherii has contributed significantly to your progress. Second, it is agreeable that it is outright unjust that turning one's backs on another that tried to keep an eons-long agreement, signed in blood, worked for in pure sweat and sacrificed with flesh. If we continue to review the situation further and find our favor towards your side, we will keep guard against the Equestrian forces instead of yours, and possibly give you any assistance you request, and if you want to take one giant leap, we will adopt you next as your Child. Of course, that's unlikely, it's a habit for us to intentionally make obviously false assumptions, but calling for assistance is still there. If the horse-men prove right, however, we will simply observe and never take sides."
