Well, after talking and deciding with Lugia a little bit, here is my app. Species and name are based off my partner that I just got (yes EoT just arrived) and I'm thinking about having her join the Odd Ones Out.

Bio: Adopted as a young child, Olivia was the daughter to a Ludicolo and a Mawile. She actually did sort of know her old parents, but they didn't have enough money to care for her after about 5 years, having to take her to the Adoption Center. Some people thought she was deformed, but most thought she was just different. Why? Because her stomach and tail were oddly colored. Her stomach was kind of like a shiny's, but it didn't sparkle or glimmer in the light, and her tail was also a beige. She was eventually adopted to said Ludicolo and Mawile, and at about 7 years of age, she got into drawing and art.
She had many family portraits, close-ups of Ludicolos, and Mawiles, but the things that her parents thought was odd was that she had many photos of what looked like a female Grovyle and a male Sceptile. They didn't know these two pokemon, and they have questioned her many times, but she hardly spoke to them about the matter. She had eventually gave up drawing. She was interested in sports, and constantly went to Lee's Dojo, to train and get stronger. To help her get stronger, she competed in racing events, like swimming and running. She always strives to be number one, no matter what, and it was seriously beneficial to her health. Because of this intense training for many years, she slowly became a fighting type, quick to act and hardened for battle.
After the Guild was built, she started noticing more and more pokemon that looked different. She was interested in what was going on in this strange place, so she asked more and more people about it. and found out about the best team at that time, the Wildvines. She was most interested in the smallest one, the snivy, since they were both grass types, and both weren't evolved yet, and they both had odd colorings, etc. etc. Soon she became his biggest fan, which was strange since he didn't seem like the one to have a fan at all. When this 'little brother' moved to make his own team, she aspired to be part of it, and still does, to this day. In fact, I think she may be heading over to that very same guild right about now...
Appearance: Beige-orange tail, and a sand-colored stomach.
Differences: Faster than most Treeckos, and also is a Fighting Type. Can learn sketch at level 21, has Karate Chop as a starting move. Added moves (fighting type bonus):
