A Hero Tale {Complete}

"Turrets?!" the scientest yelled as Jenso pulled out the weapon from the crate. "By gods these people are trying to rip off some of my inventions!!" Jeff yelled out feeling a tad attacked by the scientific community. It annoyed him at first but he couldn't help but feel a strange sense of flattery as well which calmed him down real quick. "From the looks of it though, it nowhere near compares to the one I was gonna show off... given it's not much use seeing my assitant had last." This led to him pondering that for a few moments and nearly forgetting about the fight at least till another idea rang in his head.

Following Jenso's lead, Jeff scanned the room till he found a crate that listed the phrase explosives on it. On further examination it seemed that the crate held a various amounts of bombs that ranged various different elements. "You know he really picked a bad place to stage an kingly takeover."
Jeff then fired both grappling hooks from his bag and grabbed hold of the crate filled with explosives and with all his might swung the crate up and towards the mage using his wind powers to boost the momentum.
"Might as well put these crates to use and thin out my competition"

"My a magical squishing sphere.. now that's hardly fair." Jeff responded as took a brief second to think.
Given how his wind was able to break through the othwr barrier he had confidence that it would work here as well. If it didnt he did have his other option, but he rather not use it within close priximity of himself.
So thus Jeff began to spin around once again and kicked around the front of the barrier attempting to break open a big hole in front him with a bunch of wind blade projectiles. He then hoped to dash out from the trap a second a chance was given.

"Well not the response I was expecting, but this good sirs is why experimentation is done." Jeff muttered to himself as he proceeded to wind boost himself off to the side and out of the way of his blast the second the force way let up. With the force not being put on him moving out of the way of such a blast wasn't much of a problem for him.
Turning his focus now to Sera, Jeff began to spin around and proceeded to launch three different side kicks at his foe, which each shot out sharp ki blades made out of wind which took aim at Sera's upper body.

The inventor seeing this to be his starting move couldnt help but to let out a confident laugh before activating a mecanism in his shoes which helped strapp him to the ground with spikes.
"So this is to be a battle of force eh? Lets see if you can compare then." Wind then began to flow up behinds Jeff as well allowing him to slowly advance past the eccessive amount of force one step at a time. He then readied his right hand gauntlet preparing something else which was still a mystery to everyone around.
"Allow me to show you what can come of combing the powers of ki and technology. I'm sure you'll come to find how no magic will stand against it."

"Survived? You really have been through a lot huh Jenso? Though I'd hardly say that calls for the name calling. I mean freaks of all things!?" Jeff ranted on as he reached into his pack and grab ahold of a couple of circular objects and placed thrm into his left gauntlet.
"I got a couple ideas on how to deal with it. So we'll see how that goes. Just be sure to steer clear on my say, got to make sure this hits after all." He muttered quietly back to Jenso.

"...of course something like this would happen, I can't ever get a lucky break don't I?" Jeff said as he rushed to get through the doors, knowing whatever was going on was not part of the scientific showcase. As he did so, Jeff revealed his own pair of gauntlets readied them both in his hands to prepare himself for whatever threats were to appear onwards.

"You can go help him if you wish and I'll do my best to catch up once I finish this presentation." Jeff said, almost kinda getting lost with all that was being said. He wanted to ask Jenso a lot of things especially things mentioned about that name Dacer he mentioned but knew they both lack time. "If your in trouble, flair up your energy a couple times and I'll do my best to trace after it. But yeah, the med-bay is actually just down a couple blocks down that road to the left once out from the castle's entrance. The building it kinda obvious so you shouldn't be able to miss it."

"Fine.. jeez just make this quick then" Jeff said as he back up next to Jenso yo hear his spill. Upon Vales's reaction to Jenso's attempt to search around for other energy sources, Jeff grew the urge to retailate with his secret weapon of his, but descide against the idea of starting a huge fight... at least just yet. "He does have a point there Jenso.. it's why I've made sure to keep my ki levels hidden wherever in public. Still don't think punching him was the way to get that point across though".
Jeff did agree with Vales point after all, doing what he was doing made them a big target, which had potional for bigger troubles.

"No kidding, how else am I gonna meet these insane bills that my experiments rack up. Questing around only goes so far." Jeff said, interested in getting the money. Or at least preyending to, for the most part he was more curious right now to what reason his dear assistant ran off for.
"So yeah, feel free to mess with Jenso here for a little, but I must get going."
Jeff said as did he best to slip past the crazy phyco and to see what she was up to.

"Wait your that guy from years ago.. back when.. oh jeez that was a time in my life" Jeff said with an irritated look on his face which showed he was doing his best not to think back about the time with the Hyenas and the Berries. "You do realize tho that guildhall you mentioned to me all those years was out of operation for a millennia? so yeah thanks for that."
