Yeah, I'm still here, just kinda waiting for another post before I can go on.
Ewan did not have a particularly eventful ride. For most of the ride he just had his headphones on, music blaring as to not really take in the rest of the things that rode with him. He didn't exactly feel social during the ride, though he knew that at some point he would have to make friends. He didn't want to be friendless again and this would probably be better for him anyway. Others that had powers that weren't natural just like him, what could really go wrong.

As the carriage came to a halt and the rest of the variety of creatures made their way out of the vehicle as quickly as they could, Ewan took his time. His bag was still on the seat so he attempted to levitate it over to himself. After a few seconds of effort with no results her sighed and just picked it up. As he stepped out of the carriage he levitated a pack of cigarettes out of his bag and into his hand. He opened the top with his hands before levitating a single cigarette out and between his lips. He placed the box back in his bag before bringing his hand up to the cigarette. He snaps his fingers and a spark is lit, the tip of his finger flaming he uses it to light the cigarette before extinguishing his finger. He takes a long draw from the cigarette and steps in with the others that had gathered there before pushing some of his long hair out of his eyes.
Slice of life stories are what I live for, count me in on this one.

Name: Ewan Jahren
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Race: Human/Wizard
Rank: Year 1
Personality: Mostly just easy-going and fun loving. Not a whole lot can really set him off and even he does get angry he tries to resolve conflicts using words rather than violence as he sees himself as a pacifist. Though he does have an inferiority complex because of his lack of real magical talent.
BRIEF History: Ewan grew up in Norway with the rest of the Jahren family. His father always favoured Ewan's brother more when they were growing up, as he could do really elaborate and effective spells whilst Ewan had been reduced to doing simple parlour tricks. The family moved from Norway when Ewan was about 10 as it was getting very hard for them to live there among the civil unrest brewing. Ewan's family had heard of the school and decided that it would be the best place for him under the circumstances, especially with his brother off at University.
Weapon of choice: Nothing
Abilities/Powers: A collection of parlour tricks that aren't all that special. A little flame and water manipulation, making smaller things disappear and re-appear, the ability to both manipulate and teleport small things a few feet away. Though not really that can match most of the others that go to the school
Other: Bisexual, Smoker, avid listener of metal music (As he comes from a country with quite a lot of it) though very open to other genres, cat lover

Carissa looked to Free who was obviously a little out of the loop when it comes to spraying for cash. "Contracts are really easy so don't be discouraged. You just have to do what the client wants then you can get money to live off of. It's not like actually artistry when you have to come up with a concept that will hopefully both anger and intrigue people then you have to actually execute it. You'll get the hang of this in no time." She said in a reassuring voice. As much as she hated contracts she did have to admit that it was a lot easier than her own work. They didn't exactly have to be masterpieces.

She then turned to Sass, who had given her some info on what to say to Ethan at his place. "Awesome, I will pass on the info to him later tonight." She smiled under her bandanna, glad she could cut in an old friend on this deal. She nodded towards Sass and vaulted out the window she used to get in. It was then that she finally looked at the contract she had in her hands. It was for one of the only record stores that was left in the city. The contract didn't really have much to it other than the fact that it wanted the logo and some mentions of bands that can be found at the store, while the company made the mistake of not actually listing anything Carissa had some idea of what was actually there, having been there a few times when she was in high school. "Free, just follow me and I'll tell you what's going down." She said, tossing the contract paper back to her partner as she started moving foreward.

Sorry for not posting in a bit, things have been hectic with relatives visiting from the Czech Republic, I should be able to post tonight, if not then it'll be tomorrow.

American Football just announced their first shows in 15 years so I'm listening to their one and only album even though I won't be able to go to any of them. But I'm also feeling really conflicted over stuff so this album kinda helping.
One last bump, if nothing happens then I think it's time to call it quits.
I'm interested in this one.
Bumping because the site's back up
