Jerry said As Jerry continued his search for something to do he noticed the brothel and stopped. Looking at the dingy building made him sad, he had saved one of the girls that worked there once. Some pig had wanted a "free service" and had taken her to a far alley. It was chance that he was even in the same area that she was, his usual spot before he found his dumpster had been covered in "anti-homeless spikes" which was total bull shit. She had been young, perhaps too young but Jerry didn't question, she had been through a lot. After the untimely rescue she showed him were she worked, tried to give him some money, and offered her services. Free of charge. Jerry didn't accept the money or the offer, he didn't much approve of prostitution but he also wasn't a fool. Money was hard to come by these days and people had to do what they could to get by.

As he was about to leave, Jerry noticed the door open and out came the Mistress. She was carrying a basket full of what he guessed was food. From what the girl had told him, she was a good person at heart even if she could be a little cold at times. She was pretty to, more than pretty really, beautiful would fit better. Jerry didn't look at that though, being homeless he was used to being alone and it wasn't really a life that gained companions. He had a dog for awhile but he got hit by a car and died. Watching her go, Jerry glanced back at the brothel and gave a last, sad sigh before continuing on his way.

Physical Description:

The General Idea [+]

Standing at about 6' 1" with a lean figure and nothing particularly massive about him, there isn't anything particularly intimidating about Steven. That is of course, excepting his face. Having been horribly burned whilst working in the military, from his head to the tips of his right hand fingers Steven is carbon fiber, slate black plates covering the charred skin, two faintly glowing white slits where his eyes used to be and a split in the frame where his mouth was. Organically, he has a fairly muscular build, though it's nothing particularly special. His skin is a deep bronze that glistens in the sun.

Personality: Once a spiritual, optimistic person with a leading personality, the injuries to his body and dignity have turned Steven into a cynical, lonely, depressed man. He is a man of few words, though they always carry great meaning. He often prefers to stay to himself or with a single, close friend.

Extent of Cybernetics: With metal covering his face, a significant part of his torso, and his entire right arm, Steven is effectively 2/5 cybernetic. While his vocal chords were able to by partially salvaged, his lungs, heart, windpipe, and mouth all suffered irreparable damage, resulting in a near inability to speak. The only words that he is able to produce come out somewhat crackled and mechanical, though tone and inflection are still apparent. Due to the nature of his burns, it was more effective to replace his entire arm—which is now superior in strength, dexterity, and reflex—with entirely robotic material, while his face is merely covered with carbon fiber in order to protect the skin underneath. Permanent damage to his lenses has left Steven with a set of mechanical eyes as well.

Cybernetic Design Flaw: a sufficiently powerful blow or tear to the head could potentially remove a plate, exposing the delicate, charred skin underneath.

Favored Dust: Light Dust (non-canon) is a revolutionary type of dust formed by mixing fire and electrical dust together in a certain way, additionally adding a series of complicated ingredients that I'm too lazy to come up with. It is most known for it's radiance, constantly giving off a white glow which can be enhanced with proper technology. Additionally, if focused enough, it can begin to release volatile radioactive particles, causing damage to cells and synthetics alike.

Weapon: A cup-hilt rapier with an over complicated pommel and grip. The pommel (which is secured magnetically) can be removed to hang by a hinge so that a maximum of two high caliber rounds may be inserted. When enough buttons get pressed, the blade of the foil may split slightly and be electrically charged, transforming it into a long-range rail gun. Additionally, on the point of the rapier is a micro-serrated section which may have light dust applied to it, causing any who are hit to be poisoned with the dust, causing the entry point to glow and gradually giving the wounded individual radiation poisoning, albeit at a much faster rate than normal radiation poisoning.

Non combat skills: Due to his mechanical eyes, Steven has extraordinary vision, equivalent to 20/02. Also, he is able to see much better in the dark than regular humans. Aside from this, he is an excellent sprinter and burst-energy athlete. Steve is also an expert gambler, and as a result has perfected the lying process.

Other: Lost a good bit of skin and internal organs thanks to an idiot on his former military team playing with napalm next to an oblivious smoker. This is part of Steven's hatred for people in general, they are just plain stupid. He always wears the remains of a golden cross necklace, though now the bottom has been partially broken off, cracks run through the entire shape, and it has been charred black in some parts.
