Bang on, sir. You nailed it. And yes, the leash will overload with use. The Leash is for my alien character BTW.
A Gravity Leash is a Leash made of plasma that acts as an anti gravitational lasso, catching objects or people, pulling them closer and leaving them helplessly suspended in the air for 10 seconds.
But do you know what a Gravity Leash is? It would fall under special weapons.
What do you think of my character having a Gravity Leash?
