Happy birthday Pach!! Ah, timezones are so confusing sometimes |D
Oh, I see. "High street" sounds so much cooler than "outlet mall", though. |D

I was actually going to go to bed now after all, but aaah, tell me how the DLC is! GameFly's sending MGS, it should be here by tomorrow, hopefully.

Night guys! Have a good Tuesday! :>
Silly, tired me was like, "Oh no, is Fox afraid of blood or something?" and then I remembered... it's Fox, haha. ^^

Thanks guys! :'D "Brilliant" makes me feel so happy, omg. (btw I totally thought that too Pach, that and the Legend of Zelda "da-da-da-DAAAAH" sound) I bought them from YesStyle, I have an automatic 10% discount on everything and a few coupons, so I just buy a handful of stuff maybe twice a year. Usually along the lines of "hmm I need new boots" or "hmm I don't have any summer clothes". Plus, they list the measurements so if you get it right once, you can pretty much use that as a guide for everything else. I need to buy a new entire wardrobe too... x_x

What's "the high street"?

Good luck with your finals, Kei!

My post is up! I'd like to say I'm going to bed, but I'm not tired at all anymore. Where was that second wind when I needed it the other day!?

Thaum: Group A

Selan's scream rang out through the air as the five Guilders hurtled through the air, landing on a rooftop. She didn't like heights, and she certainly didn't like them at the speed they were going. But Marcus's magic propelled her enough to easily trail only slightly behind them, and the soles of her feet touched the rooftops as though she merely hopped rather than landing from a large height.

The sounds of destruction were all around them, and Selan pressed her lips together in a grim expression. She tried her best to focus on their destination, which only became more and more difficult as Gaoh obliterated the buildings behind them, faster and faster.

Selan wasn't used to this kind of incredible speed, and her feet were having trouble keeping up. Time seemed to slow as she descended towards the next rooftop and landed badly on her foot, causing her to stumble and fall to her knees.

"Don!" she screamed, panicking as the building she had just leapt from crumbled from the top down in a shower of ash. She willed herself back onto her feet as quickly as she could, but Estelle and Marcus's silhouettes, who were the farthest away, were already beginning to disappear into the fog.

"Come on, come on!" Lisette shouted, her shoulders tensed from the anxiety of watching Moira and Aria narrowly avoid being crushed by a hail of bones.

They picked up their speed, still following Atlas. However, no matter how much they ran and ran, the tower never seemed to get any closer. It was like running on the treadmill all over again, only bigger and less obvious. When Syed pointed out that the streets were "reshuffling", Lisette only became more confused. They couldn't run forever.

A rumbling shook the ground beneath them, and wires and pipes burst forth from random spots on the street. Despite being made of cords and metals, they whipped around in the air at least three times faster than Lisette could control vines. At the same time, the house they were connected to shook as well, as though it were alive somehow. They stopped, unsure of how to proceed.

Lisette looked back and forth from the creatures behind them and the obstacles ahead. "We... We have to keep moving!" Lisette urged them, taking a cautious step forward, where she thought the wire wouldn't be able to reach her.

The wires and pipes immediately reacted as though she had triggered some type of alarm, and began to go haywire. A pipe smashed at the ground in front of Lisette's feet, causing her to step back.

"Um, uh! Maybe we can cut them down!" Lisette suggested, her voice higher than usual. Her eyes were still on the approaching skeleton and Firon.
See, that's the kind of stuff I wanna know ;A; Yeah, astrology is a good comparison, I know a lot of Asian countries think that blood types are somehow indicative of anything personality-wise. It makes no sense, there are so many personality types and only so many blood types o_o I guess I'm not so afraid of getting it done after my doctor's appointment so I'll try and donate blood next time they have a blood drive at school. Helping people and satisfying curiosity, yeah!

I totally didn't have enough light for this, but here's my new stuff if anyone's curious. =A= Ignore my broken dresser and generally messy room please :T

I'll start working on my post after I wash off my makeup and get back into glorious pajamas, lol.
Have fun with your friends, Fox!!

Bunanigans said How much results do you get from a blood test lmao! Last time I had my blood taken it was just NOPE YOU DON'T HAVE CELEAC DISEASE and I did a woop and skipped down the street singing and dancing as I thanked my dad for not having shitty genes like my mum does.

They did a "lipid profile" (cholesterol), a "comprehensive metabolic panel" (kidneys, glucose, metabolism, chemical balance), and a "complete blood cell count". My doctor actually joked when I asked if I'd be able to find out my blood type (nope :c ), she said "I know, if you're gonna stick a needle in my arm then you might as well tell me everything, right?", lol.

I actually told my friend that I'd take pictures of my new stuff, so I'm gonna throw on some makeup really quick :| But then I'll get to posting, haha. I can't go to bed without washing my face so I guarantee a post before I pass out. :p
I do think plastic surgery is fascinating sometimes, although for the same reason I don't even dye my hair, I'm just too afraid of messing with anything, lol. |D I changed my attitude a bit on plastic surgery since I've seen how subtle and natural it can be, and I had a friend who really wants to get it someday because "everyone is beautiful/perfect just the way they are" just wasn't going to make her feel better about a particular problem she has, so I can understand the motivation, I guess. I don't know if I'd watch the show just because I'm totally squicked out by even blurred-out footage of surgery :s But I'll let you know Pach, haha.

I knew someone who seems to have the same problem you did Pach, but they didn't get surgery or anything and as far as I know it's still a problem. I hope they can do something about it this time :c I get the same problem when my spring allergies are at their worst, and I do know what you mean about your mouth getting super dry at night, because then I wake up with a dry/itchy throat and just a gross feeling in general, and bleh. I definitely would want to go to someone about it if I had that problem all the time...

I got my blood test results, my doctor described it as "excellent" :> Which is odd to me because I'm a little overweight and I'm prone to inhaling sweets and not moving for hours at a time, lol. She said my white blood cell counts are showing as abnormally low purely to seasonal allergies, and I guess my slightly low "good" cholesterol and slightly high "bad" cholesterol aren't any causes for concern. And no vitamin deficiencies~ It's actually kinda cool to see the exact numbers o3o

I'll show you guys what I got when it gets here ^-^ Just a few shirts, a couple hairbands (because I never do anything with my hair and it's driving me nuts), and a tumbler cup, that's all.

Sounds good @ IC! I'll be getting my post up later, I have a couple errands that I need to run. Have a super day, everyone!
Yup, it's pretty big over there, I hear that as soon as you get off the subway there are billboards and advertisements all over for clinics. It doesn't have quite the same negative connotation in the West though (it does and it doesn't), especially since it's not called "plastic" surgery, I forget what the word is but it implies something closer to transformation. The beauty standards can be ridiculous and surgery is sort of common-ish (it isn't uncommon at all for k-pop stars get a combination of eye+nose surgery before they start their careers, even Leo has) but there's a term for people who go too far called "plastic surgery monster". o_o The worst thing is that at least with women, some kind of start to blend together after a while? Like the equivalent of copy+pasting faces on people D: There's actually supposed to be a Korean show starting soon (maybe it already did?) where they help people who want to go back to looking the way they did before they had surgery. Although... that requires more surgery... ._.

What are you seeing a doctor for exactly? That reminds me, I should be getting my blood test results back later today. And the clothes I ordered a month ago should be delivered today too. *w*

Good luck with your essays, Rex!

I feel like playing classic Ragnarok Online for some reason... But only if it works on my netbook =3= I'm just killing time until I have enough money to spare to renew my FF14 subscription, haha... (Edit: I've been playing Tiny Dice Dungeon like crazy on my phone, too!)

It was incredibly fortunate that Marcus was there, as not only did Selan know she wouldn't be able to keep up with them on her own, but he was also able to talk Estelle out of trying to fight him. There was no doubt that Estelle had improved her swordsmanship since Tabul, but something told her that a fake Gaoh Capuello probably wouldn't act the way they would expect. The rules seemed to be different here.

As she felt the agility spell wash over her, she turned to run after Marcus and Estelle. But first she paused to look towards Don, to make sure he wasn't thinking of fighting Gaoh Capuello either. Even if it was just an illusion of some sort, the sight of his father had to be hard on him--

"Donaaah!...!!"

Don scooped Selan up by her waist and placed her over his shoulder, and perched Trixie on his other. "RUUUUUUUNNNN!" he screamed, dashing with long strides after Estelle and Marcus.

Selan was facing the other way, and could see exactly who and what they were running from. She saw the white-hot energy collecting in his cannon before it eventually released, and her vision was filled with a white light as they turned into an alleyway just before the beam shot across the street. When the light faded, there was nothing left but black and gry ash.

They could hear Gaoh's laughter following after them, but they continued to run as quickly as they could. Even with Marcus's spell enhancing their speed, it seemed like he was always just around the corner, grinning smugly and holding his cannon in the air.

"He's going to shoot again!" Selan cried, batting at Don's back to get his attention. The barrel of Gaoh's arm cannon was glowing white again.

Lisette looked fearful at the sight of the foes that surrounded them. A giant skeleton and an incredibly large and powerful-looking Firon...

"That place is our best bet," Atlas said, appearing in front of them. "Don't look back!"

"Let's go every... Aaahh!!" Lisette screamed and sidestepped the Firon's attack, dodging the flames but still feeling the blazing heat against her skin. Kapi curled up in her arms in fright.

She was all too relieved when it turned out there was no plan of attempting to fight them off, as Syed grabbed her hand and pulled her to follow after Atlas. They ran for a short while when something yanked Syed back, causing him to let go of her hand.

She stopped and looked back and saw Moira still standing in the same spot, surrounded by flames, and seemingly transfixed at the sight of the monsters. Syed shouted her name, and Lisette waited, refusing to leave without them. Much farther ahead, Aria and Atlas were still racing toward the tower.

Thankfully, Moira turned towards them and began to jog forward, and Lisette, the faster of the three, was running nearly backwards to make sure they were keeping up. She had her bow drawn as well; she didn't want to waste arrows, but the least she could do was be prepared.
Hope you're feeling better today Buns!

That sucks re: doctors :s You know what's really freaky? I heard that cosmetic surgery clinics in South Korea are usually much safer than in the U.S., but there's a problem occasionally with "doctor switching" where you pay for the good, expensive doctor but as soon as you go under they switch out the doctor for... well, a doctor you didn't pay for. D|

Sorry for the delay, I'm working on my post now! Might be a bit short, my sister's rushing me to get ready so we can do laundry and clean up around the apartment.
