Adam looked back to his soul mate when he began to reply.
"As true as fire is warm," he had said, before blowing a small flame. Adam watched, wonder filling his eyes. He breathed out a small, "woha," in astonishment.
"Let me tell you, you got quite lucky being soulmate with me, from all my siblings I am the nicest one. They will probably want to meet you...." Dan spoke again, only to be stopped mid-sentence by the loud sound of someone clearing their throat in an 'ah-em' sound.
Dan greeted them as Delilah. As Delilah looked over Adam, he gave a small patient smile. On the last thing, Adam's cheeks reddened a little.
"-d what would you like my soulmate?" "Oh, um, just some hot chocolate, please," Adam stated, before Delilah spoke again.
"You are Dan's soulmate?! Great meeting you!" She placed a hand on Adam's shoulder, and Adam stiffened up a bit.
He wasn't used to being touched, even the smallest bit. Well, he was, it was just that it'd been a few decades or so.... Even if someone just accidently bumped into him, he didn't really like it. He was sure, though, that it would be a different case with Danilo. With partners, it was always different. He always yearned for their touch; whether it be just holding hands, or a simple touch on the arm.
You could always kill he-Shut up, William, Adam quickly responded to his alter-ego. Will grumbled before going silent once more.
