Feeling so lost, and so damn alone. Sometimes I wish I just had someone to talk to about everything and to laugh with and to love.

@TalijaKey Sorry! I FINALLY GOT AROUND TO POSTING. YAY ME.
"I-It's f-" Adam started to say, before his soulmate inturrupted him by saying he was going to pay the bill.
Adam was left there, sitting in a mix of shock and worry. Was it something he'd done or said?

He watched as Danilo weaved between tables and to Delilah. He took another long sip of his hot chocolate. Adam's eyes were curious as Danilo began talking to the waitress, and he could hear her asked what happened.

Oh. Maybe he actually had done something after all.... He begin to fidget and play with his hands on the table. Adam saw Delilah look over at him. He took another sip before playing with his hands once more.

Oh. He'd definitely done something.... He looked down at his hands, so he didn't see Delilah look at him again.

When Danilo came back, Adam looked up at him. "D-Dan it's fine. I-I'd love to go over to your place." He gave the dragon a small patient smile.

Adam still wonder what he'd done to make Danilo so nervous....
UUUUUGH.

Another-nother update: I'll TRY to reply today. Just the holidays and all that. And the fact that I'm in Hawaii. :3

Update: I won't be able to respond until Friday. I got sick during finals. Ugh.
Sorry, @TalijaKey. I won't be able to reply until, like, maybe Saturday. Not too sure yet. I'm studying for finals. :3
Adam

Honestly, Adam would have rambled on for days without stopping. But he had realized where he was and that he had been rambling. If he had not noticed, he would have continued.

When their orders were placed on the table, Adam picked up his hot chocolate and took a sip. The sweet taste filled Adam with joy, and the smile that had faded came back once more. He placed the cup back down on the table when Dan began to speak.

Adam's smile grew warmer, as did his cheeks, when Dan called him his "dashing Adam". He picked up his hot chocolate again and sipped once more, listening to Dan answer his stuttered question.
Adam was happy to hear that Danilo too loved theatre, and musicals.

When Danilo lifted away his hair to show his captivating eyes, Adam found himself dumbstruck by them again. When Dan winked, however, Adam felt his face heat up so hot it felt warmer than the sun. He couldn't help but give a little giggle like some school girl.

"Want to see where I live?" his soulmate asked him as he held out a spoonful of sundae towards Adam. Adam ate the spoonful of the cold treat, and it seemed to cool down his cheeks a bit.
"A-Already?" Adam asked. "S-Sure? E-even if it is still raining, I'd love to take a walk. I-I assume that's how we're g-getting there?"

After the cold treat had dissolved on his tongue, Adam took another sip of the sweet hot chocolate.
How had this escalated so quickly already? He'd vowed to never fall in love again, only to break that vow. He was frightened; frightened that Will would mess up what made Adam so happy.
Adam had that hard look to his eyes again, and he didn't know it. This is what happened whenever he thought about things such as this.
@TalijaKey
You don't know how much I fanpersoned(?) xD

I'll reply either later today or sometime tomorrow.
Adam

When the lips of Adam's soul mate touched his hand, Adam found his face glowing a little more with the colour of pink. When Danilo looked back at Adam, he found it hard to keep eye contact and his face glowed even more before it was explained to him that dragons typically didn't die of old age. His heart sped up a little, before it was killed by a thought from his other side.
"If age doesn't kill him, I will."
Adam felt something inside, like he suddenly needed to pipe Will down and protect Dan. Like this was the last straw with Will showing up today. His glow dulled, and his eyes hardened a little.
"You'll have to try very hard to do that," Adam remarked in his thoughts.
Adam noticed as Dan leaned in a little closer, and Adam found himself brought back to reality. His face began to glow once more, as well as his eyes shining. Dan's smile made him smile too, just a little, and even let out a small child's giggle.
"D-drama class?" he stuttered for a moment, surprised by his own voice. He quickly found himself rambling.
"Yeah. I absolutely love acting, and seeing people act. Movies, broadway, school plays, you name it. I think it's really powerful, how you can just become a whole different character just through analyzing them and relating to them. That's why I teach it; because it's an amazing...skill...to have...."
Adam stopped himself in realization of his rambling and he seemed to trail off a little at the end. "S-sorry," he stumbled on his own words once more.
"I was rambling, wasn't I? Uh, w-what about you? I-I mean what do you...uh...," he trailed off once more as he looked at Danilo.
For some reason, he just really wanted to laugh all of the sudden and he didn't know why. It was so bizarre to sit in a cafe with a soul mate again. Adam was happy for once in a long, long time. He began to smile like a big goof.
Sorry if that post was crappy. Just felt like I needed to get something up.
Arte hadn't really been paying attention this whole time. She just took a seat behind the booth, kicking back and relaxing. She dearly wanted to be in her dorm, playing video games, but knew she needed to be here. Arte also knew she needed to socialize a bit more, but all the conversations had become a dull hum of noise. In fact everything was a dull hum to her now as she zoned out, her icey blue eyes glazing over a little. She knew more students were walking up and asking questions, but she had no interest in all of this.
When Arte wanted to be somewhere or do something she couldn't, she desperately wanted it. But, happily, her mood changed very often so soon enough this 'phase' (which is what it was) would pass. But for the time being, all Arte could do was wish to be alone; an introvert at the moment.
