Bio

Yes my name is shit, please don't refer to me by it. Just call me Alpha.

I'm mail and my thing is science fiction. If it involves space travel, I've probably looked into it, since that's my big shebang although I am rather fond of cyberpunk and near-future as well. I'm also big on Atompunk, which is essentially taking the nuclear-obsession and Cold War hysteria of the United States from about 1946-1968. Best example of that is the Fallout games (Which, yes, is one of my favorite series of video games).

I'll do other kinds of roleplay but I really like Nation Roleplay, and typically the sci-fi ones since it's fun making new races, tech, etc. As a result I do like me certain empire-building RTS's and 4X games, like Civilization, Rise of Nations, O.R.B., (And maybe Sins of a Solar Empire if I had a better computer ;-;).

Feel free to enjoy what I've written, I don't have much since I do this rather casually.

Outside of Triarian Space

Most of the Assault Fleets warped back to Sazkarjhit space, but a small stealth observation fleet comprised of a few Samani-Class stealth corvettes and Pulsar-Class electronic warfare vessels moved in to track any Equestrian activity to compile military reports for the Peoples' Military.

While the other races were quarreling, Barasmus and Fakeem took to standing back to discuss the matter. After some time, they returned to the discussion, both visibly upset.

"We have decided that Sazkarjhia will cease to provide more than a few units at a time, and recall all mechs from the Pact Military. What the other nations state is true. If the Equiis Pact is going to center mostly around the Equestrian Empire, then so will its military. We will also recall any Sazkarjhia-owned technology such as the Mark I Gravity Well, and provide little military support in the event of an intergalactic crisis until the Equiis Pact gives more power and is more involved to meet other members' standards."

"We have never intervened with your decisions because we did not parlay a major role into them. We did not feel the need to interject our regime into something that was being conducted without our need. But you must keep in mind that declaring war on the Triarian Conflict will make things worse for everyone. This was the main reason we came to this meeting in the first place. You, or whoever is in charge, needs to realize that for your own nationalistic reasons, millions, potentially billions could be lost. We've seen this before. We've seen men, women and children all alike be slaughtered at the hands of rage and bloodlust. For religion, nationalism, race, it doesn't matter. Before you make a major mistake by attacking the Collective, we ask that you consider what you're doing. If you attack the Collective, you may see a whole new creature develop from underneath the haze of physical and political warfare. For the sake of your own people, for the sake of Sazkarjhia, for the sake of the entire gods' damned Pact, please think about this."

"As we stand here," Fakeem started. "We are obligated to assist the Equestrian Empire, and other members of the Equiis Pact, but that still does not mean we are pawns. While we Sazkarjhit and Triarians are not on the, how you say, 'best of terms'. However, we do not want full out war to erupt, especially after the last time a group of nations ganged up on Sazkarjhia--an event I'm sure you are aware of when, oh, 15 or so years ago when the then-EA, among others, witness the execution of my father, the then-leader of Sazkarjhia. We wish the Equestrians to remove themselves from this before it degrades into something much worse. I'm sure you, President Saveli, understand what I mean."

Commander Lano'dum stepped forward. "However! That does not mean that Sazkarjhia is not hesitant to fight. We have been developing military technology to use in an impending confrontation, but are reluctant to use it. We have actually considered breaking off of the Pact and regaining Sazkarjhia's complete independence, but for now we remain with the Equiis Pact. We believe that it brings cultural and economical assistance to a fledgling intergalactic empire. The Delta VIII EAR Cannon, Mark I Gravity Well, MA-1 Mechanical Walker, and the Rakora-Class Assault Vessel, among others, are only being developed because we do not want Sazkar to yet again be invaded."

Rakora-Class Assault Ship: COMPLETED. Units are now in full production. The first of these, Basilisk, will have joint control between the People's Army and the SCNOSE as a SAR vehicle and attack/support vessel. Have been given to the Equiis Pact nations in small numbers.
Reichstag Building, Berlin, OFR Empire. 1300 Hours

Kaiser Schwartz sat at an ornate oak table along with the rest of his cabinet. Among them were Barbara Foist, Head of the War Department, Armin Les, Chief of Public Relations, and Schwartz' chief political adviser, Anton Alderweiss. Laid on the large wooden table was a map of Europe. Pre-war borders remained, but were drawn over in large markings identifying the newer span of the empires. Among them laid a single small piece of land towards the north.

"How goes the advance onto the Denmark Territory" the Kaiser asked in German.

"The Eighteenth Panzerdrachen line of Panzer X's and Tiger VIII's have begun to reach the border. There are smaller towns putting up fights towards their southern boundaries, but they've been put into submission for the most part thanks to our bombers. Our estimates state that by 1500 tomorrow, both the Panzerdrachen and Silberschwert brigades are to reach to the capitol. Once we oust their leader, we will be able to send our appointee to their as soon as possible to create a potential power vacuum." Ms. Foist explained.

Heinrich nodded, taking a sip of his tea from the table. "Honorable Les, have you been able to establish communication with any of the leading bodies in Denmark?"

The aging officer shook his head, scratching the graying hairs on the back of his head nervously. "Unfortunately, no. They seem to refuse to speak with the Order, Kaiser. I have kindly reminded President Lund that our military forces are invading from the south, but he did not respond. As far as I am concerned, Kaiser Schwartz, Denmark will not resolve this peacefully."

Suddenly, Foist piped in. "Kaiser, perhaps they've heard Les' message and are preparing to defend the south and western ends of the capitol island. However, if we were to launch a stealth fleet from the east, without alerting Sweden, we may be able to catch them off guard in Copenhagen. Our forces I am certain are much larger than the Danish military, so we could attempt both approaches with minimal casualties."

"How do you suggest a stealth fleet, Honorable Foist?" the Kaiser asked, rubbing his bearded chin quizzically.

"The Fourth Unterseeboot Fleet is currently stationed at one of our docks in northern Poland, ready for action. We can maneuver towards the east end of Copenhagen and launch a salvo of ballistic missiles. Heavy damage might force them into withdrawing some. After this, the rest of the Silberschwert and Panzerdrachen lines can head into the city, where they will assault the capitol and attempt to remove President Lund from office."

Heinrich muttered a "mhmm" in thought and agreement. He turned his head to Mr. Alderweiss, who had twiddled his thumbs nervously and remained quiet for most of the discussion.

"Would you say it would be worth it, Mr. Alderweiss?" Kaiser Schwartz asked. Alderweiss snapped out of his trance and hasted, "W-well, as long as we can minimize Danish casualties, I'm certain it could work..."

"Then it's decided! Honorable Foist, contact the fleet leader of the FUF and have them prepare to move in towards Copenhagen. Have our footsoldier and tank lines speed things up to be prepared when the bombardment starts."

"Yes, Kaiser."

"Then this meeting is dismissed. I must recess to my office, I will see you all later." With that, Kaiser Schwartz and the others rose from their chairs, and strode to their individual offices in the building.

How many is a Brigade?Cause having enough footsoldiers to shake the groundis likeunreasonably massiveYou can have a stadium full of people screaming and yelling at their loudest, but I'm pretty sure the ground doesn't shake. That's just their feet against rickety metal constructionwork. And true, Darkwolf.I just don't believe that anything that is sentient and in space is content to lose control, and give it to someone else. If someone is in space, they are greedy or curious enough to do so. I doubt that they will easily let loose their freedom and control to someone else.

Couple hundred men. But they're trying to be louder because doing it shows you're motivated to a task, and motivation can be a sign for respect.

They're taking orders from the entire military's commander, so obviously they need to show as much respect as they can. Also, physiologically speaking Sazkarjhians may be able to speak louder than a few other species based on how their lungs, larynx and vocal cords are.

Grand Vessel Suar'kum did a slight bow, and declared, "Thank you for receiving us, Empress." before returning upwards. "Despite initial hostilities between ourselves and the collective, we can assure that no other problems shall ensue." he turned to Lano'dum. "Commander, please recall the Brigade to the shuttles. Leave only a small parcel of the soldiers here, as well as Captain Traski'mum."

"Yes, Grand Vessel." Barasmus replied. He pivoted around, and loudly called, "Brigade! Return to shuttles and await further orders. First through fourth squads, and Captain Traski'mum, you are all required to stay. Are my orders clear?"

The brigade let out a communal "Yes, Sir!" with such volume and bravado that the ground shook slightly. Group leaders interned them to the ship, while about forty men and the Moguhl Captain remained. Commander Lano'dum pivoted back around. He, too, made a slight bow.
I'm thinking inducting the Collective into the Pact is a bad idea anyways. The TC is basically the exact same as the Equiis Pact (Although how races joined it are a different story). I'm just kinda here to make sure war doesn't break out :/

"We apologize, Umbrae Populus, but when your chanting completely drowns out communication we have to be able to control it for the sake of ourselves and others." Fakeem stated. He turned to the outsider. "He may do whatever he pleases. If our actions have bruised his honor, who are we to deny him his freedom. I suppose the ensuing negotiations will be recorded for him to hear, and perhaps he can send his own invoices. I believe it's best we simply wait until the rest of the members of this assembly can come."
