Black widows are infamously venomous. Given that it's in his dog's food dish, I wouldn't want my dog getting killed by shovong his face in there.Also most spiders are incredibly timid, and many will not bite even if you're trying to coax them into doing it.

the biggest fucking black widow spider I've ever seen in my life.

It built a web to my dogs' water bowl outside. I caught it in the process of killing and eating some smaller insect and flipped right the fuck out. Proceeded directly to the garage and unloaded about a pint of insecticide directly onto the thing's nest (and the spider directly, of course -- when you can shoot the spider from ten feet away with a spray can, that should give you some idea of how big the spider is).

dont do that,,spiders are only aggressive if you mess with them,and they eat common pests,like mosquitos ,wasps,and flys,and they are awesome
