Uhm... That's not how it works. You need to actually use the CS and such. For one, the provided link states nothing about his actual equipment, nor does it state at what power level each ability is. Second, there is little to no description of his personality, and the bio is just plain vague. Finally, the link provided has no clear image of how the guy looks other than a face shot (read: mask shot).Now, I'm not the GM, so I'm not one to tell whether or not your character would be accepted -- or, for that matter, is even usable in the first place, seeing as there's a rule against characters that only exist to be a player avatar --, but please at least bother to use the provided CS, okay?
