This is based on the project Alicization arc of the SAO Light Novels. Alicization was an attempt to create AI Soldiers. They borrowed tech from the USA, but they gave them obsolete tech instead of working together. (USA trolling! 'Murica!) Instead they made their own thing with the help of a company. He is wearing the Vanguard armor, and Remus quit the Order temporarily to assist with getting it set back up. Romulus just came with him because they're always together. Still on the armor: Romulus works solo sometimes, (Mercenary kind of work, except for Lawful Good aligned characters.) and he has been seen on the frontlines wearing it, so you might recognize it.
