Kelvin just shook his head, watching, and occasionally sidestepping the occasional bolt of lightning. "What a jerk, taking all the fun for himself." He muttered to Bardock. They both were good, but the gravity magic was just giving agility and force. Lightning magic particularly would be debilitating his guildmate- the shock from even a glancing blow would at least slow him down, and if he stopped moving he was finished. Of course, a similar story could be said for the other mage. Magic, even strong magic, only goes so far with a sword in your gut or a concussion. Watching the fight, Kelvin slowly positioned directly between those fighting the fires and the fight. Kelvin could feel his magic power rushing at his fingertips, eager to be let loose. A light smile played about his lips as he considered it. With this short distance, he could close in milliseconds. And he knew, with this much adrenaline, he wouldn't stop letting loose magic until one of them was knocked out, or he was out of power. Of course, that wouldn't guarantee the safety of his guildmate. An uncoordinated dash like that could easily throw the fight into the lightning mage's favor. Kelvin sighed, glancing at Bardock. "Why do they get to have all the fun?"
It isn't like we can't still post anyway.
Sounds good to me, I'll roll with it. Lets get some backstory in here!

"Dang guys, sorry I hurt you, maybe I should have aimed more precisely?"
*Everyone else* "MEDIC! MEEEEEEDIC!"
He can probably handle two at once comfortably- they would only need to react between the three of them. As for the rest... I suppose because there is magic involved, and they are wizards, maybe it isn't so far fetched that they would stay back a bit in the fight. Remember that with all that magic flying around, it is dangerous to have too many allies in one area. Imagine Natsu trying to use his breath attack in a room crowded with both friends and enemies- it doesn't work.

I don't know what he is comfortable with, but I would draw the line with two people attacking him at a time.
Thanks, makes me happier than you know- since I made that picture XD
I know what is about to happen.
Everything was whipping by in a blur, in reality the only think Kelvin could see at this speed was what was directly in front of him, but people in the street were moving out of the way fast enough- barely. The smoke seemed to rise over him in a dark wave as he got closer, and suddenly there was a huge wolf in his path, a guild member above it. He shouted something at Kelvin. He couldn't really hear with the wind in his ears, but he assumed it was 'slow down' or along those lines. Kelvin ground a foot into the ground in front of him, and then the other, taking almost stomping steps- to his view. To others it would look like he plowing the street with his foot, each step leaving a ten foot streak of torn up street. Even with the braking, he seemed to close in on the wolf and guildmate instantly. Coming to a stumbling halt just a foot from the snout of the wolf had just about stopped his heart. "Be more careful! Stepping in fr-"

"I know where the person who did this is, and I want your help to take him down."
Kelvin nodded, catching his breath. "Alright, where is he?" He turned and looked around, noting the members working on the fire, and the relative lack of screaming people. When magic was being thrown around, most citizens here had the sense to stay inside. "Let's make this quick, I got a job to go on."
Ahhh come on.... don't be a hater.
That sounds like a plan. Let's coordinate it like a birthday surprise!
