Artyom raised his pistol slightly, listening to the strange man inside of the floating ship. "So, you say that if I help terminate these people I have never met, you will give me three items of great power? If I may ask, what might these items do, or, more importantly, how many Military Grade Rounds are they worth?" Artyom asked as he thought about accepting the offer. This man seemed to know what he was talking about. Artyom also happened to be looking for work, and this job seemed to be right up his alley. "Hell, I'm in. In fact, for that sort of pay, I'll help you with your whole plot of destruction and whatever else you plan on doing." He lowered his weapon and extended his hand. "Partners?"

Artyom woke up in an unknown area, seemingly above the Metro, in a field on the surface. Upon realizing this, he groped for the gas mask attached to his belt, fumbling for filters with his other hand. He quickly began to adjust said mask over his head and locked said filter onto the mask's filtration system. "Where... am I?" He muttered, his thick accent piercing through the seemingly empty area's thick air. He checked his pockets, belt, and back for ammo, currency, or weapons. In his pockets were 200 Military Grade Bullets, or Metro currency, and a revolver. On his belt were 2 throwing knives and an incendiary grenade. On his back, a double-barreled shotgun and a sub-machine gun, supressor attached to the shotgun and scope attached to the sub-machine gun. He cautiously began to survey the landscape. There seemed to be no entrances to the Metro. How did he get here? Was he the only one or were there others? Only time will tell for him. He begins to walk, searching for any form of intelligent life, revolver in hand.

Powers: Artyom has a special form of connection with the "Dark Ones", super-intelligent beings with amazing power. Aside from that, Artyom has an arsenal of many weapons yet only carries three at a time, along with an assortment of thrown weapons, such as knives. grenades, and incendiary explosives. He always carries a gas mask and many filters.
Weaknesses: His connection with the "Dark Ones" is never 100% positive, as he harmed many of them before the end of life on the Earth's surface. Artyom has few friends and many enemies, despite his understanding and helpful nature. Artyom always braves the unknown, which almost always gets him into rather large amounts of trouble with said enemies.
