*Background: Nessie grew up with two elder brothers (not that much older, merely minutes apart). Her mother had had a difficult birth with them, and was never quite healthy again. She passed away when the three of them were two years old, birthing another child. The babe didn't survive. Their father tried his best to raise them, and Nessie had a sheltered life. Looking like her mother, her father protected her above all else, and her brothers adopted the typical protective brother role. When she had to leave, she found it frightening, ,having never been apart from her brothers before.

*Personality: Nessie could be defined as the girl next door, meaning she is cute, kind, unassuming, and honest. While she does enjoy being outside, she wouldn't be classed as a tomboy. She can be very shy, particularly around those that she doesn't know. She is a bright young girl, and when she wants to, she can make anyone laugh, and befriend all.

Nyx giggled as she bit her lip, even though she wasn't entirely free she felt more open here. There were so many places to explore but at the moment her only goal was to find a way outside, not that she wanted to run away but she wanted to find somewhere of her own, and if she had to go another night without being able to sit outside she would go crazy. The cellar door to go outside was sealed shut so she had returned to the West Hall to try to find the tool room or a workshop room for tools. She find some pliers and a crow bar and decided those would be best to break it open, not really knowing what to do with them. She tried to act conspicuous as she walked through the main lobby to get to the third floor.

She could't help by giggle at her eye roll at Caroline's older brother, but Nyx couldn't help but want to get in to trouble, or at least push her limits. Her smile was anxious as she practically wiggled in her seat. she got in closer and whispered while glancing for any close ears. "There is a cellar above the third floor on the girl's dorm side, I think I can climb through the window. Her shoulders shrugged as she began to pout. "Nessie I just want to the the stars." She whined but smiled. She looked around for a clock. "Okay, Meet me here at midnight, I should be back by then. If one of us makes it before the other just turn on one of the tvs and wait okay?" She stood quickly and grabbed Nessie's hands. "Wish me luck." She sang as she gave her hands one last squeeze and a wink before swiftly walking away.

Her strength was returning with her adrenaline rush but she kept herself at a calm demeanor because Nessie was right, they had their eyes on us and Z was everywhere. But somewhere the thrill came from the thought of getting caught. She went back to the room she was dropped off in and changed in to a pair of dark jeans along with a black tanktop and her jean jacket. She let her hair out of the ponytail and headed for her adventure.

Nyx shook her head, what the hell was going on? Everyone had secrets, and the only person she was beginning to trust was Nessie. She watched the rock turn to magma and could feel herself being drawn to the power, she wanted to learn everything, everything that he could do and more. She wanted to be trained by him so badly but how much would she stand out if she requested special treatment, she bit her lip. She couldn't could she? "This place is crazy, I want to go home." Nyx said outloud as she watched the retreating hot head and the now cooled down stranger who seemed to show interest in both of them. "I don't think we're safe here." She intended the 'we're' to them specifically. She then leaned in really close. "I am getting out of here." she turned and smiled at Nessie with a wink.

Nyx went to reply to Nessie before turning to see Z and Alex beginning to fight, she wanted to stand and run in the middle of them but her body was still weak and Z was the last person she wanted to go up against. Nyx gasped as Alex cascade water out of thin air. "Did you just see that? How can he do that?" Her face was stunned as she watched the two.

"Oh Alex, your cool tricks up your sleeve never seem to get old. His body didn't move and the floor grumbled underneath his feet before shooting up a barrier around Alex as he shifted his body and created a flame once more. "Don't call me that, ever." His face was solid before he dropped the barrier and walked past the group nonchalantly.

Z's eyes shot to Alex, his fists enraged in flames as he turned to face Alex. "You've lost your mind somewhere on your little adventure." His words sliced through the air with it's coldness as his hands blazed with heat. Without notice he shot the fire in small spheres targeting the sides of his arms and legs, avoiding mid areas and his head but enough to place a threat for him to try to cross any other line.
