I don't quite understand what he meant by the first thing he said, is he talking to Nyx or Kyron?
And ready to play!
She bit her lip from smiling, but then felt guilt once again. She hoped Alex wouldn't go so hard on him after what she had just learned about him but maybe he needed a good ass kicking as well, but you can only tear someone down so much before it becomes revengeful. She didn't follow him, nor said anything more to him and walked in the opposite direction to finally go find her clothing. She relaxed, and let herself seep back in to her other half, soft and gentle. She wasn't used to behaving that way, it was empowering but she knew it wasn't the right feeling she wanted yet.. it felt fantastic.
She smiled, glad that he hadn't taken her invitation the wrong way. She wanted to admit that she hadn't hung out with people at all either, but at the same time she liked being alone. She turned and began to trudge down the sidewalk on the busy streets of NY. She walked beside him but kept her distance, they did just try to kill each other. Her condo was only a block and a half away, the sky was bright so no lingering demons would be out at this time of day which made living bearable for a slayer. She led him up a flight of stares and in to her one room house, the large window that showed the streets lit up the entire room. A bed and night stand with a few books sat under the window, the floor was black wood while the small kitchen was white counter tops and black and white tile. "It's small but cozy." She sighed as she walked in and moved so he could walk in further.
She jumped as the hand that grabbed her twirled her around aggressively and that strong gaze was once more in his eyes. She relaxed when she realized who it was, but she could feel the intense hold on her shoulders begin to bruise the surface of her skin, she kept her face calm as he lifted her with ease off the floor. Just like that he had opened up like a book, spilled all of his emotions on the table to her, if only she didn't feel so guilty for tearing open all of his wounds and selfishly watched him bleed out on to the floor. She never liked fronts, or when people had walls up, but she was only being hypocritical. Nyx wasn't the girl Alex thought she was anymore, this world thinks she is as innocent as she looks but her past is nothing but tragic, she would never show, never admit, what a black hole her soul had become. She breathed slowly as he yelled in her face, staying absolutely calm and soon watched the anger wash from his expression, she was lowered and released. "Not all things light equate to good, as dark doesn't not always mean bad." She could have gone on, but that should had made it clear enough. He needed more things to think about rather than anger.
She didn’t her eyes off his piercing gaze as it practically penetrated through all of her pores, she stepped forward mid-way through his rant. Her eyes grew wide as she finally realized while his eyes were so guarded, she stepped forward towards him hastily. “Stop blaming the world for something that is far more troubling, you’re guilty about something, very guilty and hurt.” He had broken down his walls unwillingly and she knew that calling him out wouldn’t turn out so well. “I may not act like you, but I’ve been in the same darkness. You try to act like you don’t care but you just admitted to me that you knew you were doing wrong. Stop being in such denial. You may thing we are not the same but you’re not aware of how corrupted I am as well.” She stepped closer, pushing on her toes to get as close as she could to the side of his face. “I still want to watch this world burn..” She pulled away and stared at him for a moments before turning and walking her way down the hall to go get her clothes from the inventory.
I am awake, and posting. :3
Mak is awake too I believe.
"Castle walls with such heights
Subdue a condemned king
Who rather fall than burn."

Her eyes locked with his, who exactly was he trying to ool. "You place yourself in that confinement and drag the world down with you. By your actions you atteact, not avoid." She studied his face and tried hard to enter deeper but his eyes were solid. "You've may have easily tricked others in to thinking that this is WHO you are but understand I see right through you." Her eyes never left his but she was debating whether her words were a bluff or not. She sighed and slumped her shoulders. "if you wish to be like this then I cannot say anything more and watch you destroy yourself, more than you already have. "
She turned to face him and tried to ignore the smirk on his face. "Understand I'm a girl, so your puffed up gorilla attitude is not needed. I'm not going to judge you for being less of a jerk." Jesus where did this come from? Why couldn't she have this confidence around that one girl. "Trust me, you wouldn't care to hear my life story." She could practically feel the bags forming under her eyes. Being alone for so long made talking to people a huge effort. Everyone was different as well.
