Oh no, it's no problem lol, I seriously forgot to add the bit I had in my head. I had too many ideas bouncing around and some bits and pieces broke off and got lost >.>

I had been bouncing between street orphan stealing to survive, to being a guinea pig for the cure... and... yea... kinda went through the middle ground.

added the bit at the end of the second paragraph of the bio... kinda did a shitty job of it but.. bleh... at least the question is answered
yea I kinda spaced on the stealth and animal friend bit >.< working on editing that now

Now that I think about it... the animal bit WOULD be a spoiler about my version of the Pitt >.> but I'll have the explanation up soon
okay lets see if I did all the hiders and shit right...

Name: Elizabeth “Ellie”

Age: 22

Appearance:

Race: Human

Skills:

Primary: Sneak, Lockpick.
Secondary: Medicine

Perks:
Animal friend: A natural affinity for animals. Unless she actively provokes them, wild animals don’t attack her, and she can calm them down if they’re pissed off at someone else.
The Three Rivers’ immunity: Life in the Pitt, albeit no longer as brutal as it was in the times before Lord Ashur and during the early years of his rule, is not easy. Those who are born and raised in the Pitt, with all of its toxins and the radiation, develop an extremely hardy immune system. The children of the Pitt have an increased resistance to radiation, disease, and toxins.

Equipment:

Bio: Born and raised in the Pitt, the girl’s life wasn’t the easiest. She was born shortly before the worker uprising so she was too young to actually remember the second most important incident in the Pitt, all she remembers was growing up in the improvised “orphanage” that had been set up on the lowest floor of Haven for those children orphaned by the uprising. Ashur, to show “forgiveness” to his workers, didn’t show any favor with the children and both the children of workers and soldiers who died during the uprising were showed neither favor nor distaste. These children were among the first to receive the Trog cure when it was finally finished.

The children spent their early lives in the orphanage, being cared for by Ashur’s wife herself, keeping them under close surveillance for any reactions to the “cure” to see if there were any unwanted side effects. When they reached their teen years they were given their own personal quarters in Haven and put to work. Ellie, after growing close to Marie Ashur over the years, was allowed to shadow Sandra and assist with her work. She started out doing little more than recording notes and passing tools, but quickly worked up to actually learning how to be a doctor by the time she turned eighteen. She would frequently sneak out of the Haven at night, traversing the walls and making her way across the bridge to the lands on the other side. In an attempt to refine her skills, she’d practice on the Brahmin and other creatures that arrived with the new settlers.

Of course, by the time she turned eighteen, she began to grow tired of being surrounded by steel and wanted to see the rest of the world on the other side of the rivers. You could only reattach so many parts after industrial accidents before needing a change. When she heard of the newly discovered city to the north, she quickly volunteered to join the scouting party that went up to investigate this place known as Nyss.
-insert super-secret details-
Now bitten by the bug of exploration, just staying within the walls of the Pitt wasn’t enough for her. Ellie wanted to travel and see the rest of the country that she had only ever read stories about. So naturally, when Ashur was looking for volunteers to find out more about the magna rails, she hastily volunteered and spent the next year with her assigned partner from Nyss crossing the span of the country. Finally arriving in the city of New Vegas, they caught wind of a group that was looking to restore the rails… so, naturally, they had to investigate…
Anybody who needs an excuse to get from the east coast over to the west, feel free to drop me a PM.
Can a melee weapon be added as well? or would it have to take place of one of the other two?
Atomic, have you checked your PMs yet today? >.>
*hops over from the casual thread to make some comments here*

A friend and I are currently writing up some of our homebrewed fluff for what happened to the east coast after the Vault Dweller had their fun.

I'm focused mainly on the Pitt, and unless the GM shows concern about it, I'm going with the vault dweller wasn't willing to kidnap a baby and realized that Wernher was just a prick who wanted all the power for himself (I had so many arguments with an old friend about this topic >.> I dont give a shit what the karma bull says, Ashur was more a dark grey than being fully evil and his intentions were FAR purer than wernher's. Than entire DLC's karma crap was as backwards as getting negative karma for stealing from the Legion)

I'd like to know what everybody else chose for the questlines in the capitol. What did you do to Bob? Kill him? Accelerate the growth? absolutely nothing? What about the super heroes in canterbury commons?

GM says that the vault dweller was a hero, so I'm assuming megaton's bomb was deactivated, not detonated. Vault 101 was sealed off rather than irradiated, the modified FEV wasn't put in the water, so on and so forth...
weeeeellll... I'll PM you about it lol, Also: Kiwi and I had, a loooooooooooooong time ago (Like... a couple years >.>) discussed an idea for a fallout RP encompassing the entire east coast, which is where my stuff for the Pitt, and her ideas for New York came from.
well my character is horribly terrified of the situation and probably wrote you off as being one of the bullies >.>
I normally write at high casual so I dont have a problem with advanced standards >.>

Well first off: I'm doing a little research. Amtrak was founded in 1971 and it's headquarters is located in Washington D.C.

It wouldn't be difficult to twist around the history a bit to fit with fallout theme,

but before I get too invested in THIS idea, I need to know how far post- FNV this is going to be, as if it's 15+ then I have one HELL of an idea for the Pittsburgh end.. plus that's like... the minimum for my homebrewed story for the Pitt post-dweller
