Bump.
The whole block of text above the picture is his human description.
If it'll be difficult for you, I'm more than happy to run this fully myself.
I can co-GM if you wish; I have some experience and I know the Gamer pretty well.

I can say now that the Irregular Magician should be a GM-controlled character. One person strong enough to take on the whole of the Chunbumoon and Yunhonmoon clans... yeah.
I found a new Interest Check for this, but it appears to be already established..?
If we're going to resurrect this, I am definitely in.
Me as well, actually. I was wondering if that was just me...
Well, Kuyo didn't have one either.
Name: Kage
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Race: Yoko (5 tails)

Power Level: Low S

Description: One of the rare Yoko born with black fur and fire instead of red, Kage is a very intimidating figure. In human form, he stands at an imposing 6' 7", and is well-built, though not bulky, with lean muscle. His movements carry the sleek grace of an apex predator, and his features reflect the inner fox, being somewhat sharper than normal. His incisors tend to be longer than standard, especially when he grins. His hair is fairly long, down to the shoulderblades, and his dark green eyes shimmer with an inner fire.

Eventual 9-tail Battle Form

Current
Smaller and not quite as impressive- or good-looking as this, and with only five tails.

Personality: Well-mannered, generally rather amiable, and, when with friends, sometimes even playful; however, when he gets angry, he can become truly vicious, especially if those he considers friends are threatened. His trust is hard to earn, and once broken, is lost forever, but if you do have it, he will prove a loyal and worthwhile friend. He is surprisingly tolerant towards water and ice youkai, given the diametric opposition of their elements, but will retaliate in full force to any prejudice they might apply to him due to his fiery nature. This is a general rule about him - if something happens, he'll come right back just as hard.

Quirks & Habits: Heats his drinks to boiling point before consuming them, and his food likewise. Otherwise, a fairly stable individual.

Skills:
Martial Artist Kage has trained for years in several martial arts, and is adept in close combat, even using his tails as direct weapons. He tends to imbue his strikes with concentrated Kitsunebi, lending them a lot of power.
Samurai Much like his unarmed training, Kage has spent a long time practicing his swordwork, and is highly skilled with a katana.
Tracker Kage is an adept tracker, able to follow almost anything for extended periods of time over nearly any terrain, though cities are generally a lost cause when tracking all but the most powerful of youkai.

Powers:
Kitsunebi Foxfire, the quintessential ability of all Yoko. Unlike most, however, Kage's fire is black. This has little effect on its actual power, though he has developed his tails perhaps a little faster than average. He has trained extensively with this ability. Two of his favourite techniques are the fire lance, a highly compressed bolt of what would be white-hot fire if it wasn't black, and the flame lash, a long whip of twisted fire. He has also developed flight using the lifting properties of hot air and the inherent mystical properties of fire to make himself lighter.
Shapechange Kitsune have three distinct forms. Firstly, their human shape, where Kage spends the majority of his time. Second is their full fox shape, and third is their Battle Form, designed to hybridise the best aspects of the first two.

Weaknesses:
While he can boil and evaporate water in small quantities, large amounts of it are capable of extinguishing him and doing serious harm. For this reason, he is uncomfortable around water and ice youkai, but still does his best to be courteous.

A few things:1. Being able to magically manipulate any electronic is a little... open to abuse. Could you remove that or limit it to simple, rudimentary electronic systems?2. I'm okay with the elemental powers, but either limit his mastery over all of them or decrease the number of elements he can successfully control. I'm okay with his powers coming into full bloom eventually, just not right from the start of the RP. Also, it's up to you, but I suggest making it so his powers are capable of friendly fire.3. Arthus is fine overall, but tone down on the strength a little, if you would? Arthur seems more like Hercules with that level of strength. I'd say lifting trees is fine, but throwing them would be highly improbable, if it was say, fifty meters, I'd say it's still fine. I'm judging this based on Merlin's diary account, so if you could be more specific that'd be great.4. This is more of a suggestion, but including appearance and personalities would be a lot more help to people reading the CS so we don't have to guess from the short diary entry. If you want to flesh it out in the RP, that's fine, though I will need a brief description at least.

On the first point, he can't actually do this yet, and even just opening an electronic door is going to take a lot of work. There are a huge number of circuits in anything even mildly electronic. To get to the point where he can just reach into the Internet will take far longer. I intended that bit to show that he tends to think big.

Secondly, he's not anywhere near master-level. He's skilled, yes, but not anywhere near as good as original-Merlin, or as powerful. He can throw fireballs, make short walls of ice, cause some little earth tremors, stuff like that, but nothing really big or dangerous.

Thirdly, Arthur's strength is again something I didn't make clear enough. I didn't mean throw as in 'toss a tree like a baseball and watch it sail away into the sunset', I meant throw as in 'shunt it ten meters into the other trees so it's out of the way'. That's one-handed, and at max force he could probably have thrown it maybe twenty meters, so with two hands he could probably throw a tree maybe forty, fifty meters, just within your maximum range. Coincidentally, this also allows me to calculate his weight limit - given that a good-sized oak tree can weigh in at 30-50 tons or more, we can say that he can lift and throw up to a hundred tons, two handed, and just lift maybe up to two hundred. For purposes of comparison, that's just about enough to singlehandedly get a blue whale off the beach and back into the sea, which seems fairly reasonable considering the levels of superstrength we see elsewhere (Superman towing the whole planet, for example.)

As for fleshing it out, the issues raised above have made it obvious that I need to be clearer.
