I'm assuming we are allowed to use the language of our nation?
I'm trying to find a decent pre-built gaming desktop, that won't cost me my unborn child. I've been looking on some sites and I know that Graphics cards and processors are important, as well as cooling systems. But I don't know which ones are good and which ones are just polished turds. Please help!

A pet peeve of mine is when people use the word ironically wrong.
