What nerdy outburst? :S Missed it >.<

I did everything in my power to ensure that people missed it. *Throws confetti.* xD I just left the edit note there in case someone did manage to read it before I could change it.

Nerdy outburst?

Yes, nerdy outburst. :X
@NarayanK: Yup, that's the plan. Thanks again for your help. ^^

@Destiny: By the way, I think you missed Ebil Bunny's post about Matt and Darwin asking to join the table. >_>;;
EDIT: Deleted my nerdy outburst... Nevermind. RPs don't have to be that realistic.

In a sense, the event was almost comical and rather amazing. From his slip on the puddle to accidentally dumping the rest of the tea onto his head, Crash’s accident seemed more like something one would expect to see in a cartoon rather than in front of their very eyes. Likely due to the surreal nature of it all, she wasn’t even able to react to any of it until Crash apologized. Looking around she thought, ‘If they didn’t know yet, I think everyone just learned how Crash got his nickname…’

Snapping out of it, Kathy walked over to Crash and knelt down beside him. “You alright?” Although she did feel concerned, she felt a smile tugging at her lips as she looked into his face. His hair was completely soaked and sticking to his face and the sheepish expression he had was just the icing on the cake. ‘Oh dear. I feel horrible for thinking it was actually pretty funny. Why is it funny to watch people getting embarrassed anyway?’ With a slight cough, she attempted to hide the smile as Zivon handed Crash some of the tissue.

Taking the towel still in her hands, she draped it over Crash’s head, subtly covering his face without making it seem too obvious. Mostly because she knew she personally felt a little better if she covered her face when she was embarrassed, but a smaller reason was because she didn’t want Crash to see that she was smiling. “Good thing I didn’t get a chance to use this yet.” Using both her hands (although being much gentler with the one covered in bandages), she began to ruffle his hair with the towel, helping to dry his hair. “Nice save with the teapot by the way.” When she felt that his hair was probably dry enough, she slid the towel off and gently dabbed his face. She found that she was avoiding looking into his eyes. ‘Huh..?’ For some reason, she was beginning to feel a little embarrassed herself. Then Zivon looked at Crash’s pants and commented, "That goi-ng to be uncom-fortable..."

“Um… Yeah. I think you’re hair’s dry enough but you’ll probably want to get changed.” Getting up a little too quickly, she hid the slight blush on her face with her injured hand and offered the good one to Crash. “Here, I’ll help you up.”
@NarayanK: By the way, I think your method is working! LoL was really laggy for me, so I'm not sure if that's because I still need to fiddle around a bit and find the ideal % or if it's my internet, but it didn't crash like it normally did! Thank you! :DD

“Woah, you were really hungry weren’t you?” Leroy commented as Seven finished off one of the raw chicken breasts in record time. He had a feeling they were probably not going to take a lot of time to finish their meal at a table. He didn’t mind. If anything, it just meant they would be away from the crowded cafeteria sooner.

Watching Seven pick his desserts, Leroy also took a slice of chocolate cake. Picking up a fork and knife, he nodded when Seven said, “Okay, let’s eat Leroy!” Pointing to a free table, he walked over to it and placed his tray down on the surface. Pulling out one of the seats, he sat down and began to dig into his meal. “Mm, pretty good.” He commented, taking a bit of chicken. It was actually more than just ‘good’, but Leroy couldn’t really differentiate between more subtle textures like dry (slightly over-cooked) and perfectly done chicken in the first place so he couldn’t appreciate the chef’s culinary skills. Even though he could properly taste everything, the enjoyment of eating was dulled along with his perception of the texture and temperatures of his meals. “How’s the chocolate Seven?” Leroy asked between bites.
Morning/Afternoon all~! :)

Despite the problem at hand, Kathy couldn’t help but smile at everyone’s efforts to help Zivon. ‘Everyone here is so caring. I’m so glad I got to know them so early on in the year like this.’ In full agreement with Oona she chimed in, “Oona’s right. Injuries are best taken care of right away, not left to get worse. Besides, you’ve already gotten everything out for dinner. Take a break now, you deserve it.”

She nodded to show she heard Crash when he told her to keep Zivon’s hand under the water. However, the tea dripping down from the counter was beginning to bother her. She gave Zivon a stern look, but her voice was gentle as she told him, “Keep it there. You’re not allowed to start moving around again until the redness goes down.” Kathy then looked to Oona and gestured at the spilled tea. “I’ll trust you to keep an eye on him while I start cleaning that up.” Unsure of where everything was in Zivon’s place, she began to head towards the bathroom. She stopped briefly as she passed by Dani and Crash, overhearing Crash ask, “Do you not drink tea?” She hadn’t noticed until then, but when she glanced back at the coffee table she saw that he was right. Dani hadn’t touched the tea or cookies since his arrival. She moved on after deciding to leave the matter up to the two of them and return to her own task at hand.

Entering the bathroom, she took a few wads of toilet paper and after a bit of hesitation, she took a towel off its rack. ‘It’s just tea.’ She reasoned, ‘I don’t think green tea can cause any noticeable staining.’ Passing by Crash and Dani once more, she stopped again for a moment to continue a conversation from before. “By the way… It’s Katherine Argall.” Giving Crash a quick smile, she continued back to the kitchenette. Standing in front of the counter, Kathy used the tissue to create a sort of dam to keep any more tea from spilling down onto the floor. Holding the towel up so Zivon could see it she asked, “Would it be alright to use this to wipe everything up?” Just in case, she checked to make sure that Zivon didn’t mind her using the towel to soak up the tea.

“Raw fish that melts in your mouth? Cool, maybe I should get some recommendations for sushi from you.” Leroy returned the joke with a smile. He personally didn’t see much association between raw fish and chocolate, but he figured that for Seven it was probably a common ground formed from the fact he considered fish to be delicious and that chocolate was supposed to be delicious.

He burst into laughter when he heard Seven say, “Maybe a raw chicken will do but I do want to try the chocolate, even it might kill me at least I might die of trying something new!” Still laughing, he clapped the bakeneko on the shoulder and said, “That’s the spirit! You only live once, so why not right? I seriously think we’re gonna get along quite nicely Seven.” Then he added, “Why settle for one? Let’s try to get both.”

Going to the lunch lady serving stuffed chicken breasts in some sort of sauce he asked, “Hey, can I get one of these and a few raw chicken breasts?” The lady looked at Leroy and told him, “If you’re a normal human, you know you’ll get sick from that right?” Smiling, he pointed to Seven. “Don’t worry, it’s not for me. My friend here has a much stronger stomach. So, is that possible?” After a small nod, the lady withdrew into the kitchen for a moment and came back with a couple of raw chicken breasts on a plate. “Seriously, don’t do anything stupid. Food poisoning is a lot worse than you’d probably imagine it to be.” She warned them. “Don’t worry, don’t worry.” Giving the staff a quick wave of his hand, Leroy handed the plate over to Seven along with a tray. He accepted a plate of the actual cooked dish onto his own tray.

Then walking over to the dessert section, he beckoned Seven over and began pointing at the desserts. “Chocolate cakes, chocolate chip muffins, brownies, fudge… Basically all the stuff with dark brown either has chocolate or cocoa in it, the main ingredient of chocolate. Take your pick.”
Need to go somewhere. Will be back with Leroy's post later. :d

Carefully listening to Crash’s advice on taking care of the wound, she quickly nodded when he offered to take the stitches out in a few days. “Please, that’d be great. I’ll be counting on you in a few days again then.” Feeling both relief and gratitude, she gave Crash a warm smile. Then hearing him say, ”And if it gets itchy, don’t scratch it you’ll make it worse.” She let out a small laugh. “I’ll be careful not to Dr. Waterfront.”

“Yeah, I’m fine.” Smiling, she answered Oona’s question. Glancing at her bandaged hand she added, “The bandages almost exaggerate how big the cut is really. Sorry I didn’t realize you were burnt back there, we could’ve put something on it when we were in the infirmary…” ‘And while Kiwi was distracted by that other girl.’ Kathy thought. At this point, Kiwi was almost becoming a ‘she-who-must-not-be-named’ sort of being in their group.

Drinking up the last of her tea, she placed the empty cup back on the table as she listened to Crash give Oona some advice as well. ‘He really looks after people.’ Though not consciously aware of this, she was staring at Crash and noticed the random smile appear on his face after he was done talking. ‘Did I miss a joke?’ She wondered, tilting her head to the side. But seeing as no one else seemed to be laughing, she realized it was probably not something he said.

Hearing Zivon curse, she looked in his direction to see what happened. “Zivon, are you okay?” Asking the question more out of habit than anything else, she quickly got up and walked over to him, frowning when she saw that he seemed hurt. Ignoring the spilled tea for now, she gently took Zivon’s wrist and guided him to the sink. Turning on the water, she said, “Here. You should run the water over your skin for now.” ‘And… That’s about the extent of my knowledge for first-aid.’ She looked back at Crash and asked, “Is there anything else we should do?”
