I'll be testing the features and stuff in a few hours and have my vote before the end of the day. ^^;
A little busy right now, but I promise to have a post up tomorrow. ^^;;
– Leroy

“Nia?” Leroy repeated, feeling a little confused himself upon hearing the unfamiliar name. But brushing that aside for now, he addressed the things he could answer. “There’s no real harm in it per se, but if you reveal everything about yourself so easily then suspicious individuals will find a way to use it against you.” In his thoughts he added, ‘Like me, for example. Though I don’t really find much fun in blackmailing people. Mostly just seeing how people react to… Various stimuli.’ He let out a small laugh. “There’s a phrase that says, ‘A hedge between keeps friendship green.’ It means you should respect each other’s privacy, but basically there’s also the implication that you shouldn’t know everything about the other person.”

Actually, he was wrong. The idiom was pretty much only used to refer to respecting people’s privacy, but Little Feather didn’t need to know that. Besides, he was pretty sure that he had sounded logical enough to appear quite convincing as long as she was no real expert on the real origin and history defining how the idiom had come to be, and why it was used to describe what it did. ‘Or unless she’s already grown paranoid to the point she’d suspect anything I say.’ That was rather unlikely considering the small amount of ink he had used and the short time frame, but anything was possible. After all, he had seen someone grow drunk on his ink not too far back. Then hearing two unfamiliar names, Leroy shook his head. “Nope. Haven’t met them.” However, given the context of the situation he made a guess. “Would that be their names?” He asked, tilting his head over at the red-haired students they had been talking about.

Noticing Kathy (if Little Feather confirmed that it was indeed her name), was the next King, Leroy sat back in his chair grinning. Curious to know what the most recent victim would want to make someone else do. “Hm.” Listening to her command, he felt mildly disappointed that she had picked something rather simple to do. However, seeing the male student’s (Ryuu) reaction, he grinned from ear to ear, happy to see that it was not nearly as boring as he thought it would be. It would have been funnier if Carmen had been a bit troubled as well, but he decided to content himself with learning a little more about her character.

With the next round, he noticed a completely unfamiliar girl become the next King. Now he was rather curious to know what the man (Nikola) had been doing with their temporary King, however, he couldn’t even try to make any assumptions about the situation before he realized that his number was being called. ‘I’m going to get hugged? Who’s number 9 then?’ He wondered, keeping his usual light smile on as he nonchalantly looked around trying to determine who the other number was first. “Hm.” He saw a semi-familiar individual standing up and admit that he was number nine. Matt, the guy that had been looking around for a girl the day after the demon party-crashing fiasco. That was pretty much his entire impression of the guy.

“I’m number four.” Leroy announced, raising his hand up and smiling. “Pity it won’t be a cute girl but… Could be worse I suppose.” He jested. Then getting up from his chair, the artist went over to Matt and held his arms out expectantly. “Well?”
Going to try to get a post out before I got to bed tonight! ^^

EDIT: Done! Will be adding in my other characters' posts later. Just wanted to get the one keeping everyone waiting out first.
Lol, even though I read Hylian's post 4 days ago I forgot to comply to the headcount. XD

–Vee

Letting out a small grunt of dissatisfaction, Vee gave Rin a light head-butt. “Look what you’ve done, you’ve scared the poor thing.” But to show that she wasn’t really mad at him, she gave the young Poochyena a small lick on the cheek. “We’re a group of three, and that one approached us alone. We’d be fine even if that one was planning something strange don’t you think?” Then purposely trying to get on Rin’s prideful side she added, “Or are you worried that you wouldn’t be able to keep yourself safe without getting the first strike?” She grinned, her tail swishing back and forth as she waited for the Poochyena’s response.

“Now go dissipate the hostility you just showed.” She ordered, ready to actually act like a responsible adult for once and give Rin a lecture if he refused. Or just tackle him. The latter sounded a like a lot less trouble really. Vee looked at Rin and gave him a chance to follow her, but whether or not he did she bounded over to join Maw to greet the new pokemon again.

Her ears her flopped down and she slowly approached him at a low crouch and her tail gently wagging side to side, indicating that she was relaxed and meant the other Poochyena(?) no harm as she approached him. “If you ran from a Skitty, you would’ve been pounced on by now.” She told him, chuckling. Though she wanted to get closer, Vee kept a respectable enough distance to give the newcomer some room to move away if he needed to. The last thing she wanted to do was to corner him while he was obviously shaking. “Rin, the Poochyena you just met, was just being cautious. He didn’t mean any harm.” If Rin followed her as she hoped, then she gave him a look that suggested he affirm what she had just said. “Come on out of there, and let’s get off on the right paw this time.” She continued, keeping her voice light and friendly.
– Kathy

‘I can actually hear the laughing…’ Kathy thought, still hiding behind her hands from the embarrassment of the first round. It was only when Crash leaned in to talk to her that she stopped thinking about how foolish she probably looked to everyone and slowly placed her hands down onto the table. She meekly peeked to see what sort of expression Crash was wearing and… Felt the blush that had finally started to fade off a little return back to the same bright shade of red as before. ‘That kind of smile right now is just…’ She clasped her hands together in front of her and took in a deep breath. ‘That’s just unfair. Really unfair.’ She was sure Crash had just given her hypertension, arrhythmia, and a face that was probably feverish from all the blood rushing to her head. But aloud she gave him a small smile in return and whispered, “Thanks…”

“Oh!” Once the second round of the King’s Game began, Kathy couldn’t help but let out a small noise in surprise once she took a look at her new slip of paper. Maria probably hadn’t even finished distributing the new shuffle of numbers out when she noticed that she was the king this time. She waited until everyone got their numbers before clearing her throat and speaking loud enough for everyone in the room to hear. “Um… I’m the ‘King’ this time.” She shifted uncomfortably from the attention, but was more than happy for just regular nervousness after the assault of embarrassment just a few moments ago.

The one good thing about being King was, however, that she knew she wouldn’t have to do something embarrassing anymore.

Kathy frowned as she tried to think of an appropriate order to make. On one hand it wouldn’t fit the fun mood Maria seemed to be after with the game to get someone to do something simple, but on the other she didn’t want to trouble anyone else by making them do something too embarrassing. “Let’s see…” Kathy made a thoughtful sound, looking around at her friends. She also had to consider the possibly she would accidentally pick one of their numbers. “I command that number 3 blow a raspberry on the back of number 19’s hand.”
– Kathy

‘Oh, right. I guess it would be strange to come to the conclusion that I’m his mother from just that alone.’ Kathy thought, realizing that the shapeshifter had no idea who Alex was referring to as his ‘mom’. She glanced away awkwardly to the side as Crash raised an eyebrow at the other boy, thinking, ‘Er… Actually, you do know his ‘mother’. You just… Don’t know I am yet.’ “You do?” She asked Crash, wondering how he could possibly know who it was when everyone seemed to be keeping their scraps of paper hidden away.

Hearing the number Mercy called out, Kathy’s eyes widened in surprise and she blinked a couple of times wondering if she had heard correctly. Though she waited for a few seconds, no one else seemed to be moving or claiming the number as their own. Visibly stiffening up, she turned the piece of paper in her hands a few times as if hoping the number had magically changed since she had last checked it. Unfortunately for her, such a convenient miracle could not possibly occur and her memory had not been wrong either. “Why me…?” She whispered, her face already beginning to turn a bright shade of red. She momentarily glanced towards Maria, hoping that the order would be revoked but… In reality she already knew that Mercy had stayed beautifully well within the lines of an acceptable order. “I’m… Number 7.” She finally admitted, Code Red already at maximum potential.

Letting out a sigh, Kathy braced herself for the inevitable. ‘Just… Just get it over with and move on.’ Taking in a deep breath, she glanced over at Crash. However, her eyes automatically dropped down towards the table a split second later. It was difficult enough for her to admit her own feelings to herself let alone… Show indications of it with so many witnesses around her. Grasping the piece of paper tightly in her hands, she gathered up her courage and meekly looked back up at him.

She never had much of a choice to begin with. She couldn't have possibly done something as unfair as to lie and pretend her number hadn’t been chosen, and there was only one person she could imagine herself dating. Be it amongst the participants in the room, or anywhere else really. And so, she gestured towards Crash, retracting her hand back at the nearest opportunity once she knew Mercy had seen her order being carried out. ‘I can’t believe I just did that..!’ She thought, feeling almost as embarrassed as she had been back at the bar that day. Almost. Luckily for her, she had already accepted an invitation to go on a date with Crash. If she had to point out to him before that… She probably would’ve decided to just run out of the lounge right there and then. Instead, she just buried her face her in her hands in embarrassment. Desperate to hide from the stares (most of which were probably mere products of her own imagination), she didn't even have enough composure to check how Crash might’ve reacted to her gesture.

Leroy laughed at Little Feather’s attempt to guess what sort of emotion he had imprinted onto her. “Maybe. Maybe not.” He shrugged, not willing to give away the answer that easily. Sitting down next to Little Feather to participate in the game, he took a piece of paper like everyone else and noted that he was just one of the many numbers in the room. ‘Pity. Becoming King would've been really interesting.’ He thought.

“Something up?” He asked his new ‘friend’, noting how she fidgeted quite noticeably in her seat. Before he could get an answer from her, however, the almighty King happily announced her temporarily position. Or rather, ‘Queenie’ if she actually preferred the odd substitute the red-haired boy (Crash) offered in response. Not having participated in the Beach Olympics, Leroy didn't know the name of the current King but barely recognized her voice as the one that had made the announcement a few hours ago inviting everyone to join up at the beach. ‘This could be interesting.’ He thought, smiling.

Now unfortunately, he wasn't well acquainted with the famous red-haired duo (Kathy and Crash) so he couldn't enjoy the interesting dare as some of the other people in the room. Leroy could, however, still find the exaggerated reaction from the red-haired girl (Kathy) to be highly amusing. Nudging Little Feather on the side he commented, “Now see, that’s a great example of why it’s disadvantageous to wear your heart on your sleeve. If she could just keep calm and point at the guy with a smile on her face, the game would’ve just proceeded without everyone in the room learning how she feels about him.”

Even if he didn't know the two of them, it would've taken someone incredibly dense not to notice how they felt about each other. It made him wonder if he could make others feel attracted to one another with his ink. Leroy had actually never tried it before, but thought it could be possible with the right combination of emotions.
– Ara (B)

Ara smiled as she heard Mercy’s order. ‘Excellent choice.’ She thought, looking around to see who the unfortunate victim would be. There were actually a good number of faces she recognized so she hoped that the person Mercy had picked out would be someone she vaguely knew. Otherwise it wouldn’t be as interesting to see how the person responded to the order.

As luck would have it, she could tell who had gotten the number. Ara chuckled, noticing the tell-tale sign of Code Red at the table she had deliberately kept in her sights. ‘Just hurry up and point!’ She thought, watching Kathy hesitate until she finally gestured towards Crash. “Bwahahahaha!” A most un-lady-like left her lips as she leaned back in her chair and expressed her amusement without an ounce of shame. The two of them were very lucky Ara had decided to sit away from them. Otherwise she would have started part II of the wedding and engagement suggestions.

Now as tempting as it was to make the jokes from where she sat, they were far enough that she’d have to raise her voice for them to hear her properly. That seemed like a hassle. Also, heckling them from afar like this seemed rather juvenile. At her age, teasing was supposed to be done directly where it was obvious that she was having fun and willing to engage in back and forth banter with the victim. Not from afar like a coward where the victim would find it more difficult to return fire. “Sweet. I’m loving this game already.” She thought aloud.
