Well I just kind of assumed you had bandits moving from Marmon on occasion to go out and pillage neighbouring regions. I haven't mentioned it yet IC, but it's why the military title of Warden of the East still exists while there hasn't been a Warden of the West for centuries.

And hey Luna, you don't get to speak for all elven nations. :P Just because something's dishonourable for your silly elves doesn't mean the Hanarth elves think so too. Your people are still Suthrons and Zaoth to the Hanarth, even if you have pointy ears. :D

I think that Frisstreek just kinda wants to expand outwards. It's just happening to be a couple of peasants going southwards at the moment. But you should probably talk to CorinTraven for the details; it's her nation after all. She knows more about it than anyone.

Oh, and it's a minor quibble but the proper adjective is just "hanarth".
Frisstreek wants to expand south and Marmon wants to expand west, so I can definitely see you getting involved in conflict there. And as for you having a port and a fleet on that bit you control between Hanartha's two peninsulas, I can't really stop you. And the Hanarth wouldn't have an issue with you having a fleet there, but they'd still view the bay as Hanarth territory regardless.
That's fine Peace Keeper; and it may be for the best. The whole thing with Sara's ship should probably be resolved IC before the party starts, one way or another. She is, after all, one of the potential guests.

And as for Lunamaria's nation, it seems to me like it's a bit too vague to say that it's 'European-esque' or 'African-esque' at present. Though I have to agree that saying that all your elves are fit and thin is a bit out there. Even if most aren't, there's always going to be outliers.
Wait... So Feigling, are you saying that the map is the entirety of the actual world? Because I'm still a bit fuzzy on your meaning. So a question with a simple answer: if you sailed to the western edge of the map, would you be on the eastern edge of the map?

And as for the sig, it's Bloody Marie; the final boss of the fighting game 'Skullgirls'.
I mean, if Feigling says it's fine then I'll go with it. I know plot is important, but things actually being realistic is important too. And it's not like them trying to crack open the ship and realizing they can't would be the end of it, and there wouldn't be any interaction between the two groups.
Okay, that's a pretty good explanation of why they didn't know about the surface. I like it, it's nice and thought out.

But I still don't know about the ship; bone may be stronger than wood (though I'm not sure if it's stronger than all types of wood). But I'd imagine that the hull of a ship is rather thick wood, while the spears would be relatively thin bone.
On the flip side, his people can't really do anything on land.

Though I do find it kinda strange that it's been so long and they've never met a single person from the surface. I mean, I'm certain people have been fishing in their waters for centuries.

EDIT: Wait... What are those spears made of? I can't see the people having invented metal forging and I can't see a bunch of bone/stone spears managing to tear sizable holes in a ship's hull that easily.
Okay, I think it's time for feigling to actually make decision. Is the map we have the entirety of the actual world (and sailing across the western edge would put you on the eastern edge) or is it just the known world with large tracts of ocean in either direction? Because if it's the latter, I don't see why a ship from North-Eastern Frisstreek would be traveling through Naaru waters to get to Manram.

EDIT: And if this has already been stated, please excuse my stupid question.
That'd hardly be a surprise. Though I hope your ruler isn't to surprised by the fact that the Grand Prince is going to just ignore that suggestion about not bringing weapons. After all, his son is going. And so are two possible heirs of his, but that's not as important.

EDIT: God, Lancer; I want to punch Marcus in the face so hard. Which is a good thing.
