((Here I was in the middle of a massive post when I realized I'd missed BB's post. Doh.))
The Ambassador had been about to make a witty remark, perhaps do some wordplay, and then engage the enemy. He'd had an entire plan, based on using their requirement for acknowledgement. It had been quite complex, and the Ambassador had been quite proud of how he had devised it, without aid from the Overmind or Stein. A critical part of it, of course, was harnessing the Void in a useful manner, chanelling the remnants of Omega, and use the Witches' ignorance against them. Then, of course, before he could do any of that, they simply disappeared in a puff of smoke.

Goddamnit.

The Ambassador closed his mouth, and simply sighed. A rapid burst of weaponsfire wiped out the remaining goats, then the ammo was recovered. The full force once more was removed from the area, the Anti-Gods placed back into their coffers. The Ambassador was no longer needed in the area, and he would retreat back to the laboratory to await his next assignment. With this, the Ambassador disappeared.
"If you refer to the hive beneath the city, they will be exterminated soon enough." Gaia was tired of the small robots causing problems for him, and he would wipe them all out as soon as he was done dealing the the Dinobots. "Now, if you attack once more, I shall be forced to go onto the offensive." The Sliver of Creation was quite certain that he could defeat the robots if he had to, based on the fact they only possessed physical attacks, which couldn't kill him.
Far above the surface of the planet floated a massive space station, many times the size of almost any other man made structure. It was Yggdrasil, the Pillar of Absolute Might, the flagship of the Interdimensional Rule of the God Emperor Matt, armed with weaponry and technology far beyond the capabilities of any other technologically advanced race, save perhaps a few. It was the ultimate accomplishment of a mad scientist who aspired to spread the entirety of reality under a single rule, a single law, a single, absolute justice that would control all. Had the ship not been negating it's own gravitational pull temporarily, it's mere presence, matching the orbit of the planet, would have caused the planet to be ripped apart. It would be visible in the sky, blocking out the sun, covered in billions of turrets and weapons systems. It was the testament to the might that had taken down Gods and Demons, Old Ones and Legends, any who would stand before the God Emperor turned to dust. Even the Nine Immortals had bowed after their dimension had been ripped apart in a single strike from the God Emperor's fist. Of course, that was when he had been at full power.

Thousands of small pieces fell from Ygdrassil, high in the sky, crashing towards the forest below. Pillars of unknown material flew through the sky, burning in the atmosphere, a screeching flame ripping over their unyielding exterior as they crashed through the atmosphere like a rain of pillars, spearheads from space. And as each pillar, fifty meters high, made a sundering impact into the soil of the forest, the tremors caused the Earth itself to shake. Massive steel obelisks, taller even than the largest giant, forming a network over the entire planet, landing in the sea, in the forest, in the mountains. Like guided missiles, aiming for predestined locations, they landed, always the right way up, standing tall, each of them an extension of Ygdrassil itself.

The pillars broke open, revealing thousands upon thousands of round disks, the size of a man, within. Each shot out, flying under it's own power, utilizing antigrav engines to warp the very force of the planet itself. Spreading over the surface of the planet like ants, the workforce of the titan, razorsharp monomolecular blades slicing through trees and structure alike as the planet is flattened. Mountains are moved, structures broken down, as the worker drones break down everything in their path in a radius around the pillars, clearing the area. Several fly above, as an announcement can be heard covering the entire planet.

"Citizens of the planet below! You have been honored to be added to the empire of the Interdimensional Rule. You will be blessed with eternal peace, the removal of disease, and absolute justice. I shall absolve those sins that rot the human heart, soul and mind. You shall have freedom to live, but not to harm, and you shall work towards the greater purpose of eternal peace. Forever after now, your lives are to the goal of the greater good, and your deaths shall be as well. I, the God Emperor, bring you all that is necessary for the perfect existence. I bring you Utopia!"

Sattelites had already started orbiting the planet, as the drones interacted with those within it, Any normal population on the world would soon be subjugated in the name of peace, their weaponry destroyed. However, in return, these same drones began building medical facilities and sustainable energy sources, rebuilding the planet in the image of a tyrant's utopia. A world where freedom is moot, as technology is introduced to those in the world, far beyond their era. Among the varied beings in a single forest, on the face of a single planet, only one had seen this before, Bob. It was the absolute rule of Matt's Empire.
Kami nodded at his older brother. With great power came great responsibility, that was the principle he had been taught when his powers had been discovered. Of course, when you have the power to be everywhere in the world at an time, your responsibility becomes to stop every crime, to fight every supervillain, to save every child. Every single death was Kami's fault, for not intervening, a testament to his failure. "Yeah. Sorry guys, I'll fry those worms." The weight of an entire world on your shoulder would break most backs, but Kami's was strong enough to hold it, and thus it was his responsibility. He sighed, as he thought back to his childhood, an out-of-control kid with way too much power, capable of avoiding even most superheroes.

"Don't move, I don't want to fry your organs by mistake." He slowly reaches out, touching Hollow on the forehead. Sparks crackled over his entire body, as he focuses, trying to isolate an oddity in the man's body. If he didn't move, he SHOULD be able to burn whatever was in them. Of course, if it went slightly wrong, they'd need a new liver. Oh well, he wasn't called the most powerful superhero for nothing. "Just... don't flinch either. This might hurt a little, but remain completely still."

Ah, bittersweet optimism. It was the oil that kept the mind going, and yet performed double time as an insufferable curse, clouding the judgement of those affected. Not only did Mithias believe Magnus would stop attacking other countries, he believed that even if he did, there would be no nuclear war. Of course, the very concept was quite silly. There had never been a vampire nation before, and although each country dealt with the issue of vampires in a separate manner, the idea that vampires could rebel, and take over the country, was a threat in itself. The mere fact that Magnus lived, that he had succeeded, was an inspiration, and made him a threat, and nothing he could do could possibly remove that inherent threat, the grave he had dug for himself.

However, this conversation was far more than a simple dinner conversation about the future of the Vampiric Regime. No, Jack had already calculated and prepared how Magnus would fall. While the Regime's end was already established, even if these blind fools could not see it, he had promised that he would watch Magnus die with his own two eyes, and he would be the one to take everything away from him. Nobody hurt his baby girl, absolutely nobody. Luckily, his weapons had already been put into motion, and he was too far away for Magnus to do anything, even if he found out.

Of course, outside of calculated victory, there were also a few small pleasures that Jack wished for.

"Of course, he might not get nuked if he sticks to the borders. However, all it takes is a single moron pressing a button, and the world will end. If you look at the human race, what do you think the chances are that some fool will think it's a good idea to blow us all to Hell?" Jack chuckles, looking Mithias in the eye. "The Regime will fall, of course, but it will not be by the hand of some foreign official, fighting for personal gain through eyes blinded by greed. No, I will take away everything from him. First his rule, then his allies, then, finally, his life. He dared underestimate me, and he shall pay the price." For the first time, anger can be heard in Jack's voice. He was risking his life and future in order to exact vengeance, a fool's endeavor. Truly, there was only one thing that could make Jack irrational."

"What I still want? I want you to save the world." Jack smiles, as he sits back in his seat. "I've prepared a weapon that will wipe out the entirety of America, a special series of maneuvers that will pin the blame for his death on the rebellion, as well as wiping out his rule. However, using this weapon would slaughter millions of innocent humans in the process. More importantly, the damage to the economy of the world would cause a near global collapse, and science would be unable to progress. The normal funding would be interrupted, and the world would hit the greatest depression in economic history." Jack smiles gently, as he sits forward in his chair. "Of course, this could all be avoided if someone from Magnus's inner circle were to kill him......"

((I HAD replied. Don't know what happened to that. Oh well.))
Time is meaningless, and in such a place, one cannot speak of action. One cannot 'do' something when time is irrelevant. However, instead, there was a manifestation of possibility, the potential of existence manifested in existence through time, every chance occurence scrolled through until an appropriate point is selected. The timeline itself shifts, reality warping to accommodate your presence in this version of reality. However, you get an odd sense. Of all those who would be affected by this change, you had been singled out to witness it with your own eyes. Despite the impossibility, you get a sense that the being without time leaves, with none the wiser besides yourself. In this timeless experience, a billion things and yet none might have happened, impossible for a human mind to comprehend, and yet, when time starts moving once more, you're very conscious of an odd weight in one of your pockets. Then your foot lands. The entire, seemingly eternal fall had been a single step, less time than it would take any other being to blink.
Damn, now I'm tempted to bring back Stein just to whup some Witch ass. Oh well. The Ambassador's got it covered for now.
Bob simply laughs, watching on, drinking in their confusion and apprehension. This was beautiful. A friend fighting a friend, one on one. No doubt they would be far better matched than any clone he could have created, as both would know everything about the opponent. He would not interfere with the fight, not unless there was foul play, as this was not something for him.

However, there was something else going on that would most likely not be nearly so reluctant about interfering. Slowly, Mia began twitching. Soon, she would rejoin the world of the conscious, and there would be all hell to pay.
Translation: Akje did a crap-ton of drugs.
((I had already posted time starting once more. You're in Nathan's throne room again.))

Did Bob just made a Matrix reference?

Bob is a being that represents human creativity and emotion. He is representive of everything humans build, feel, hope and dream. He is, in essence, a manifestation of life, not in the biological but the philosophical sense.

He also loves action movies. And Disney. He's a big Disney fan. Secretly, he's also a Brony.
