Slowly, the shadow turns to you. It's floating. It holds out it's hand towards you, and then it's next to you. You feel it sticking to you, as you feel it come closer. The shadow climbs up your arms and legs, crawling over your skin. You feel it starting to cover you, as it smiles. It reaches for your head, as it slowly caresses your face. You want to move, but you can't. Then it opens it's mouth. It pulls you in, it's teeth dripping with drool as it bites down..... and you wake up.
You're in bed. Bob is standing next to the bed. You'd be surprised by this, if it weren't for recent events. Bob gives you a quick smile. You feel the room is shaky around you, as if it's not quite in place, but you know that's just the aftereffects of the dream. "It looks like it's time to stop waiting." Bob says, as he walks out the door.
