Super Meth Man, drug addict by day, super powered drug addict by night.

And thus, a new comic series was born.

Hmmm... Elysia lived in a mental hospital for 8ish years, she is most likely going to start questioning Kami. She has already suspected something is not right, a large part of the reason she follows him around.I'm pretty sure most important heroes would call bullshit on the whole 'villains aren't people' thing

That could become interesting. While Neutral might want to aid Kami in controlling himself, Dark would most likely want to aid his downward spiral, and Light would most likely want to kill him.
Kami smiled, as his senses locked onto the perpetrator. A woman. Not only was she calm, but he could sense the electronics she was carrying. That wasn't a cellphone. It was a trigger, for explosives. Kami moved above his victim, moving through the ground as electricity. He's behind her. She's in arms reach. Now he should strike. She can't see him. He didn't make a sound appearing. Now, as the rightful hero, he would strike down this vile foe, saving the day. Right? Before there was delay, and ambiguity, and there was so much stuff, but right now..... now was the time to strike. He had to. He.....
Before he could think more, kami's hand shot forward. It was as if instinct guided him, his mind blank, as his hand moved through her skull, electricity flowing towards her brains, into her nervous system, where her own electricity was moving. The woman stiffened, as Kami sensed her heartbeat accelerating. She gasped, and turned to see the man behind her. And then, she died. Every nerve in her brain, fried to pieces. Instant, and painless. Kami stood still, gazing down at the woman as she halted, and shivered. She dropped to her knees, her expression blank, before crashing to the floor.
He had killed the villain. He was the good guy. She was a bad person, and needed to die. he was the good guy. It didn't matter what he did, he was a good guy. He was the hero. He was the hero of the story, and this was his victory. He had won. This was good. He'd killed the evil villain, and the citizens would rejoice.... he wasn't a murderer. He was a hero. He was the triumphant hero.
And Kami laughed. He laughed in victory. He didn't screamed. And then there was a flash, and Kami disappeared, back in his home. Back into his boring old clothes. Back into his normal chair. Sitting, holding his head, as he convinced himself he wasn't a murderer.
But today is sunday. Unless he's going to sunday school, which i doubt, he should be here relatively early, depending on his time zone.

That wouldn't be a problem in his mind because the hero never shows emotion about a villain dying

Batman, superman and spiderman just teamed up to call bullshit on that.

Oh, well that would make sense. I wonder though, although the Arsonist is evil is Kami ready to 'kill' her? I mean just imagine the emotional weight he could end up taking away from this.

To be honest, if you hadn't noticed yet, Kami isn't all there. He sees the world as a comic book, and himself as the main character. This is his coping mechanism. Quite probably, he would murder her. And it would start a downward spiral, as he has to cope with more and more. Eventually, he could end up as a bad guy, or as a reformed good guy, depending on whether he manages to break free from his insanity.

Someone did something. This automatically started a chain reaction that ends in violence and pain. It's what ALWAYS happens.
