Well, she could quite possible be an Aboriginal, as they were quite large at their time. Nowadays, the Dutch are some of the tallest people in the world, although they're not exactle fierce warriors.

((The bed isn't talking to you. You sat on it. It doesn't like you very much.
In fact, the bed is quite depressed. It's sole purpose in life is for people to lie on it. It's being trodden on it's entire life. That is it's sole purpose, and all that it's good for. This has driven the bed to extreme depression. Had it been capable of suicide, it would have committed it. Instead, it's forced to deal with it's thoughts, locked away inside, no way to vent it's emotions. It watched life, but can't partake in it. A soul trapped in an inanimate object, driven insane by the pain of not quite living.
