Two vials. I just said they looked the same. All of James' vials look alike, besides the subtle markings he makes on the tags. I never said the two antidotes were, in fact, the same substance.

As the human portals away, Titan looks at his hand. He files this new information away for later use, and moves into a fighting stance. Should the human teleport next to him, Titan was confident of his speed to instantly react, and kill the human before he could act. In the meantime, Zargo was sighing, shaking his head. He decided to take out what appeared to be a small pouch, and reached inside, his whole arm reaching in. He took out two vials, both marked with a series of numbers for categorization purposes. Zargo had not yet decided whether to use the vials, but he moved close to Titan, expecting the golem to protect him.
"If you will not hand over my test subject, gentlemen, I will be forced to use..... well, force. Whereas you no doubt are all skilled and powerful warriors, what I'm holding in my left hand right now is sulphuric acid. What I'm holding in my right is Acetone Cyanohydrin. For those of you who cannot follow, Acetone Cyanohydrin reacts with water to form Hydrogen Cyanide, the gas used in WWII in gas chambers." Zargo let the threat hang in the air, holding the two vials with cair. It wouldn't do for them to spill, and for him to affect himself. It woud not do at all.

That post describes the capsule James used to poison Hotarubi. You didn't really think that James uses the exact same poison every time, do you?

Also, look at my original post. James quite specifically states that he's using a Neuro-toxin, which is useless in gasseus form. Neurotoxins are only applied to people in liquid form.
