It'd be pointless to have an entire post to do nothing more than state that Gabriel mentally called Chantelle. Just state in your post that Gabe called you to the hotel, and then arrive.
@hagroden

Kami is currently in the city, killing zombies. Not sure what more can be said on the subject, honestly.

But I'll give it a look.
@PuRe DaRkNeSs
Might be that Gabriel sent her a telepathic message, telling her where everyone is.
Just posted.

I've added a weakness to Gabe, which has been hinted at in my post. This is to balance him, and those who discover this weakness will be able to counteract and become immune to Gabe's psychic attacks. Although it might not be apparent what said weakness is....

Not sure how to post with Kami right now.
"Oh, what a mighty hassle."

The very air seemed to shift texture, as the smell of blood filled the noses of those present. The shadows grew longer, as the lights in the room flickered on and off. A sudden silence fell, as an immense sense of anticipation washed over those present. Red light seemed to wash in from the cracks, washing the world a bright crimson. These were the signs that preceded his footsteps, as slowly the God of Vampires made his way into the Crimson Drop Hotel.

The pale figure of Gabriel was always clothed in elegant, if archaic, style. Now, however, his attire seemed to have been upped a notch. He wore a long coat with a golden trim, it's edges flowing into the shadows of the room, merging with the darkness. His top hat had similarly been trimmed with gold. His lapel opened to reveal a bright red shirt beneath. His black and red outfit was starkly contrasted by his bright white gloves, which almost seemed to glow in the crimson twilight the room had been cast into. In his left hand he held a long black cane, topped with a silver replica of the human head. The face seemed to move, speaking without words. Any who paid attention would realize it was mouthing the words 'kill me' over and over.

The staff present dropped to their knees, nearly slamming their faces to the ground in new-found reverence. Even the Oldbloods in the room could feel the urge to drop down on their knees, although they resisted doing so with relative ease. And yet each could feel their thoughts being probed, as Gabriel reached out to their minds. Their secrets were as apparent to him as the words in a book, their plans laid bare before his gaze. To Gabriel, there was no such thing as secrecy.

"So many have come to my island, making such an enormous fuss. And yet, nobody thought to invite me to this little part?" Gabriel smiled brightly, his eyes filled with malevolent joy. It had been so long since this many pieces had been in his hands. All the gears were turning, all the puzzle pieces were connecting. He would make his great return, and become the Dark Lord of the planet. Soon, his plans would be complete. "Bedhivere, Adam, and even mister Church. Certainly this is a gathering of rogues."

Bedhivere glances over at Adam, and Adam is filled with a sudden sense of fear. His mental defences lay shattered, a wall of tissues against a hurricane. He knew Gabriel had read his mind. Gabriel was very much aware of the Yamada corporation's involvement with the recent apocalypse, and of Adam's attempts at releasing Alucard. When Gabriel spoke, there was dark humour in his voice. "Adam, won't you be a dear and leave your notes on my desk? I think we might have some wonderful talks about the future of your corporation. I really think we can build a new world here, and you're an important part..."

He then turns to Bedhivere. As Bewdhivere instinctively tightens his grip around his sword, something odd happens. For just a moment, the room seems to flicker to him. For just an instant, he could see through the illusions created by Gabriel. For just that one tiny little moment, he could feel Gabriel's fingers pushed back from his mind. But then it passed, and once more Gabriel was attired in his dark, self-made splendour. "Bedhi, don't you think it's time we wake up old Alucard? After all, the old boy deserves to see a real vampire in action. He would never rule it, but at the very least he can watch it burn."

Lastly, he turns to the Director. "Ah, my boy! I'm so glad you've arrived. Meet your little brother, Mithias." Gabriel glances over at Mithias, and takes a moment to memorize the expression of shock on his face. Gabe could have told him about Church at any point in time, but he didn't because.... well, mainly because he was a dick. He then turned back to Church. "Now, you must be here because you want to join me. Ah ah ah! Quiet." He smiles, as he holds out his hand, pressing a single extended fingernail to Church's face. For a moment those present might wonder where his glove had gone, but the confusion was only temporary. For at the moment, Gabriel's appearance was nothing more than a manifestation of his desire. "Boy, you have much to learn about this world. And perhaps you have even more to learn about yourself, no? So sit down, and make the calls you need. And you can help me take care of those nasty Purge."

Gabriel looked around the world, content he had made the necessary statements. He would organize the vampires of the world into a single cohesive whole, a single flag to rally under. All of the world's vampires would fight under him, and all of their resources would be his. With Adam's technology, Bedhivere's relics, and Church's army, there was nothing that could stop them. The humans were weakened by Adam's vampire brood, but the Purge would turn such a thing to their advantage. The world would rally behind them, and they would become even more powerful than they already were. For every soldier they lost, ten more would join their cause. For every building destroyed, their funding would be multiplied.

The armies were growing, and the pieces were being put into place. The final act was drawing near.
Name: Tartaros
Limiter: City Block-level
Tech Level: Medieval

Cosmology:
The universe consists of a massive, infinite block of stone. Through this stone are millions of veins, tunnels that link massive caverns, within which entire civilizations can be found. Some of these cavers can be the size of countries, and some of the tunnels can go on for billions of kilometers. There is no limit to the size of this universe, and as such one could theoretically keep going on forever.

Special Rules:
Gravity is no longer dependent on mass. There is a constant downwards gravitational pull equal to about twice that found on Earth. This level of gravity cannot be altered or influenced. Furthermore, vacuums don't exist. Any place that would form a vacuum is instead filled with a breathable atmosphere.

Factions:
> Iron Halls of Gilead
founded by the Evolved Humans in the massive underground realm of Tartaros after their ancestors were mysteriously transported here. They found an iron vein the size of a small moon, and have bee living off of it's fruits ever since. Their city is almost completely made of iron, and they're some of the best smiths in the known Multiverse. They also excel in rare metals, all of which can be found in the cavers on Tartaros, and they're fairly advanced. They have steam tech.
Name: Lucy, the Queen of Nightmares
Species: Chaos Being
Age: Over a million years
Appearance:

Abilities:
[Goddess of Fear]
As a living manifestation of nightmares, Lucy has immense control over the domain of fear. She's able to cause it, as well as drawing power from it. She can see what people fear, reading their greatest nightmares with nothing more than a glance. She can also manifest and control the nightmare beings of the Chaos Realm, the living manifestations of the nightmares of the universe's many sentient beings. This includes manifesting the nightmares of those in front of her. This ability is far more powerful in Dark Woods Circus, her domain, but she can do it anywhere.

[Chaos Being]
Unlike other beings, Lucy isn't a physical creature. She's instead a conceptual being, formed from the energies of the Chaos Dimension. The literal avatar of Nightmares. She doesn't need pesky organs, she doesn't have a 'soul', and her form can be shifted by her with nothing more than a thought. Her physical form is little more than an afterthought, although she has trouble manifesting herself outside of the Chaos Realm. Her one weakness is the Chaos Shard, the core of her being. A physical crystal that serves as an anchor for her, keeping her stable. Should it be destroyed, Lucy would once more merge with the random energies of the Chaos Realm.

[Energy Manipulation]
Aside from her particular capabilities as a Goddess of Fear, Lucy is also simply a godlike being. She has a large amount of control over the energy around her, and is capable of warping reality itself. She can tear entire solar systems apart at full power, and is capable of warping the laws of physics themselves. She can create and destroy matter and energy, firing beams of death and making planets appear out of nothing.

[Dark Woods Circus]
Using her immense power and control, Lucy has transfomred an area of the Chaos Realm into her own domain. This area is known as Dark Woods Circus, and is home to all the nightmares of the universe. Any being entering this area would find themselves facing everything they fear, and only by overcoming their greatest nightmares can one gain an audience with the Queen of Nightmares. This area serves as one of the few stable areas of the Chaos Realm, and Lucy has near-absolute control over it.

Weaknesses:
Lucy is immensely powerful as a godlike being of Chaos and Fear. However, her influence outside of the Chaos Realm is severely limited. She can manifest herself in other dimensions, but only as a shadow of her true self. She can influence the course of events through the dreams of sentient beings, but cannot enter a dimension with her full power unless summoned through long and complex rituals. Furthermore, as previously mentioned, destroying her Chaos Shard will destroy her.

Bio: TBR
Theme Song:
Name: The Chaos Realm
Limiter: None, usually
Tech Level: hahahahaha..... no

Cosmology:
An infinitely extending space, constantly morphing. Every element within the Chaos Realm is constantly transforming, entire cities appearing from nowhere only to devolve into an ocean of peanut butter. Anything can exist within this place, although it'll probably be something else in a moment. Obviously, this makes it a very dangerous place to stand.

Special Rules:
This dimension is formed by emotions and dreams. The thoughts of every sentient being in the universe are constantly molding and rebuilding this dimension. Anything being thought of by any being at the moment exists somewhere in this realm. Beings inside of the realm also have an effect on their immediate surroundings. This place can literally manifest your greatest nightmares, or bring your happiest moments to life. Much more likely, though, it'll be shaped by whatever random thing is popping through your brain.

Factions: Infinite. Literally. Every imaginary world ever exists somewhere here, although only while people are thinking about it.
Name: Shiro ((First name is Shiro))
Species: Undead Human
Age: 82
Appearance:

Abilities:
[Walking Corpse]
Shiro is dead. His body is animated by his soul, with the assistance of a bound Shinigami. This means he doesn't eat, sleep, breathe, or tire. He cannot be killed through conventional means, as he is already dead. Damage to his physical body won't do anything more than slow him down, although his body no longer has the capability to recover from damage. Any attacks that rely on the functionality of the opponent's body such as poisons and diseases are useless against Shiro.

[Touch of Death]
Having fused with a Shinigami, Shiro has gained power over death. While he is unable to reverse it, he is able to cause it with ease. His mere presence is enough to kill things such as plants and insects. His touch leeches the life out of those he comes into contact with, rapidly weakening them until they die. A normal human being would die in less than a second, but more powerful magical beings will be able to withstand his touch for longer.

[Strength from Death]
As Shiro's muscles are dead, they obviously aren't the source of his strength. Instead he moves himself using magical energy, which he draws from the Shinigami. As such his speed and strength have surpassed peak human capabilities, although not massively. He further becomes stronger when in the presence of death. The more people have died somewhere, the more powerful he becomes. This also means that killing someone gives him a temporary boost.

[Soul Sight]
Much as his strength doesn't come from his muscles, Shiro's sight has nothing to do with his eyes. Instead, he 'sees' through a strange mixture of arcane senses, and something else. He's able to sense physical objects around him through a magical kind of vision, which allows him to observe everything around him at once regardless of light levels. However, he also has the uncanny ability to sense life, as well as death. He can sense living beings from a mile away, regardless of walls or other obstructions. He can also sense quite a lot about them, ranging from their state of health to their heart-rate to an approximation of their level of power. He can also use this ability to track the movements of muscles, granting him a massive advantage in hand-to-hand combat.

Weaknesses: Shiro is an undead being, and as such many weapons designed to face undead beings will severely damage him. Weapons that absorb or destroy souls are able to kill him, as are techniques that would separate him from the Shinigami. Should he be seperated from the Shinigami, he would no longer be able to survive in his dead body. Lastly, his body doesn't heal itself. Any damage inflicted to it is permanent, unless healed magically.

Bio:
In Tsubasa, many dangerous warriors are born from the war efforts of the Dragon Emperor. Spirits and humans alone are weak, but together they can form excellent warriors. This was the power of the Omnyoudo, powerful wizards who manipulated Kami. However, Omnyoudo gain power from Kami through deals and diplomacy. The Dragon Emperor didn't have time for such things, as every power would come at a cost. There just weren't enough Kami willing to perform such deals, and not enough trained Omnyoudo.

As such, the Dragon Emperor created a new generation of warriors. The Dragon Court consisted of the east's greatest samurai and ninjas, infused with the power of a Kami. A single Kami was captured, enslaved, and then combined with the human soul to create a being with the strengths of both humans and Kami. Among these warriors some of the most deadly were the Servants of Death, those who were fused with the silent Kami of death, Shinigami. They served the Dragon Emperor as silent envoys of death, assassins capable of killing Gods. These men and women had died for the Emperor, and lived only through his mercy.

One of the Servants of Death was Arezawa Shiro, a promising member revived for his incredible skill with a variety of weapons. However, he had an additional ability. He had the power to move from dimension to dimension, to explore the Multiverse beyond Tsubasa. He would be the Emperor's eyes and ears on these other worlds, and was tasked with finding anything that might assist the war effort. Now he walks from realm to realm, leaving a trail of death in his wake.
