Jack seems to dance, dodging to the attacks before they occur, his precogniton making up for the speed difference easily, as he fires shot after shot at Jack2, using heavy, magically enhanced bullets, laughing as he does so.

Dresden launched a full-scale assault on Point Kilo. Johnathan led a group of Ex-Soldier against him, but they were overwhelmed. Eighty or so SOLDIER and Ex-SOLDIER were slaughtered that day, by Dresden's hand. Johnathan put up a curtain of Holy Water Vapour to keep the vamps at bay, but Dresden, ignoring the pain, had marched through and killed Johnathan.

Poison has no effect on Dresden, and in speed, strength and combat experience Dresden has the advantage. Whereas Jack (again) has spent his life feeding off humans and scavenging for supplies, Dresden has spent it facing the most difficult challenge he can find to test his skills. He's wrestled grizzly bears, headbutted pumas, slaughtered elephants, and killed any vampire professing to be stronger than he is. I doubt Jack would be able to outmatch him.
Also, I was more referencing the fact that Dresden has 80 or so vampires under his control, and you vs 80 vampires is a bad idea. For you, at least. I'm sure the vampires would enjoy it.

((Limiters suppress all magic. This includes his self-imposed limiter, but ALSO his powers. Basically, it doesn't matter when the limiters are applied. His magic is sufficiently dampened that his seal barely remains intact, but the least bit of provocation could break it. Which means his magic will be incredibly weak until he breaks the seal. Deal?))

((he wasn't limited is the thing and he outputs no mystical energy, even when using magic and if you put a limiter on him then you put a limiter on his seal, releasing his real powers unrestrained by the limiters that limited his limiter -_-basically, you're screwed if you limit him before he releases his seal (the act of which would actually level the village and anything weaker than bob) or jack could fight him fairly and wait for him to release his seal like an actual seer would so he could lock down all his power
