Almost unnoticably, the corpses have slowly begun to float towards Bob, as he greedily eyes them.

Have you guys ever been to the superpower wiki, I clicked 'random page' once and got Chaos manipulation and the example was from my most favorite movie in the whole universe because it's so awesome it makes me jump up and down whenever I see or hear anything about it.

However, if it's more of a mental power, as itches are, in fact, mental constructs, it could be used to project an aura of calm around yourself, making people enjoy your company, and encouraging people to like you. Furthermore, it would relieve stress in both others and yourself.
