Kami waited a moment, to make sure Abbadon had plenty of time to ask questions. When all he did was growl and give her the evil eye, she gestured, and there was a blur. He was enveloped in what looked like chains, and then he was gone, as if he had never been there, to reappear in Fear, in Miracle Square. Fortunately for him, the area had been cleared of normal citizens as preparation for the final step of Kami's plan to take over Fear. He was in perfect position to observe, and yet not able to interfere. "Well then, my dearest Appolyon. Shall we finish this?"
Miracle square was surrounded by Priests of Blood, standing with their ever-present smile. Outside, the area was packed with people, as the announcement went around the city, that God's Tears was going to do something big. The center of the square opened up, as an orb raised from the ground, blood red, made of tinted glass. Kami's voice could be heard all over the city, broadcasted by a thousand speakers. "Dear citizens of Fear. God has judged our dearest of cities. Here, there is nothing but filth. I have worked for years to ensure that almost every criminal in the world would gather to this place. Now, it is time for God to judge." Government soldiers surrounded the city, forming a barricade against those that attempted to leave. Slowly, panic was beginning to build up. However, then came the Reckoning.
In a flash, Kami was everywhere. The stones that had soaked in her power for so long appeared all over the city, as the entirety of her base was spread about. A network of power, making the entire city a part of Kami's domain. Within moments, people were falling to the ground on the streets, as she invaded their minds, Ten minutes was all it took, as teams of Death Priests combined with Wiper took down any psychic metas in the city that might resist or free others, making the control complete. Only those who had come from Hope, and a few of our heroes in Fear remained untouched, although each of them would have a massive headache. Abbadon himself felt this, as the civilians stood up once more. Marbel slowly crept over the stones of ramshackle buildings. Windows and doors were lined with gold, rubbish magically disappearing. In a total of twenty minutes, the city was transformed into an ideological utopia, as the citizens sat down as one, and prayed.
Worldwide, governments lay down their arms, old grudges and allegiances magically forgotten, as the corrupt officials bowed down to Kami. Flags were raised, and there were great outbursts from the people. However, the trade lines Kami had prepared were activated by her agents, as almost instantaneously wealth flooded. Donations were made, speeches were held. Wars were halted, as soldiers on both sides retreated, and global peace was established. Propaganda, aptly placed, made Kami overnight the icon of the worldwide peace, and in her name, massive groups were going to poor countries, their economies being boosted. Prisons were emptied, as those with death sentences were teleported to Fear for "repurposing" and Kami placed her own police. Laws were made fair, as Kami legalized gay marriage and equality. Within the course of a day, the world fell into Kami's lap, and was a happier place for it.
