Yea, but with out s certian set of powers she is very, very difficult to kill. She can regenerate from the smallest remains (like cell and buu) not to mention, what ever Monkey D. Luffy can do she can do better. Another thing is that she can control her body parts after they are disconnected.
Monkey D Luffy has Mantra, which allows him to cancel out other people's powers to deliver powerful blows, harden his fists to be harder than steel, and send people into a coma with the sheer force of his will. Can she do any of that?

Suddenly, slowly, everything outside becomes dark. The air becomes cold, but not cold lik one usually feels. A cold that's like a pressure, a feeling of doubt, a half-forgotten guilt, a betrayal in the back of the mind. A slight fear, involuntary, echoes through the room, as something blocks out the sun, unseen in the confines of the guild. Outside in the city, panics are starting, the menacing aura having a tangible effect, combined with the clearly unnatural darkness. Slowly, colors begin to dim, as sounds are hushed, and the riots and screams fall away to silence. Outside, there is no longer a sun in the sky. Simply a wall of blackness. The city seems empty, people lying still in the streets, unmoving, as a lone figure walks towards the Guild. A man draped in a black cloak, with pale white skin, and a face that knows no laughter. And as he walks, his footsteps make no sound, but rather devour it, and his cloak seems to absorb the light, as he approaches the doors.

Sorta, in a way. I mainly used that as a base model for my idea. Basicly she is a demon who was more or less forced to adapt a wad of gum into a body. Lucky for her Dark was the one who chewed it putting in some extra power for her to work with.
So it's the thing people stick under tables..... turned evil.

How about a Hyde lich? Hyde wraith? Hyde rami zombie? Hyde dracolich? Hyde ghast? Hyde ghoul? Hyde zombie? Hyde infected?
