No problem. Also, Luffy can use his body as pumps for his blood, causing him to go into hyperdrive. It massively ups his speed. Also, he can massively increase the size of his arms and legs, while retaining their density somehow.

No, Luffy is able to make it so other people's power don't work. For example, he can punch a fire elemental to death. Basically, he can punch anything, even if it's made of smoke or something like that.
