The Primals includes Alpha and Omega, so you named those twice. Furthermore, they're GM tools. I have them to deal with players who get out of line. Any GM has access to the Primals, but as long as I have any GM authority, Alpha is my anti-abuse button. Name one time I've abused Alpha, and I'll remove her. Same goes for the other Primals.
Bob is 3x star level. That does make him quite powerful, which is why I try not to use him often, but he's not insanely overpowered. Darkside is galaxy level at the moment, and the Earl is universe-level, so you really don't get to complain about him.
Every Matthijs? I only have on of them at the moment, and he's human-level. With his power suit, he's around city level. He really isn't that great a threat on his own, just saying, and is quite probably one of my weakest characters.
Odin is, indeed, quite powerful, but not as powerful as you think. Odin is about planet level standard, and can be overcharged by the Plot Hole to star-level. While that is quite powerful, Tyki going into his ultra-power form is about the same. And Odin can only successfully limit beings to a certain extent. They're annoying, I know, but they're how Odin fights.

I really don't care about Emil.

While Hope is indeed overpowered for the current power level, she doesn't exist in the current multiverse, and thus any question of nerfing or not nerfing is made redundant. Rift isn't all that powerful. He's got a strong offensive, but a sufficiently fast character could wipe him out easily.

Hey, I'm a master at that!
Rift can use portals as blades, which would do NOTHING to Tyki. He could portal in a black hole, but Tyki could simply choose not to be affected, and it still do nothing. Rift has a zero percent chance of doing any damage whatsoever to Tyki.

Same with Hope. While incredibly powerful and dangerous, Hope wouldn't be able to touch Tyki, or do any damage to him.
