He combines the six elements into more advanced elements? How does that work? If you combine water and earth you get mud, does that make mud an advanced element?
The odd figure stopped moving instantly. He turned, looking at Moonbeam through that strange mask. Then, he dashed forward, blurring from human sight, grabbing you by the neck and smashing you to the floor. He presses down, choking you, as you feel an odd coldness spread from where his gloved hand touches your skin. You feel drowsy, and your limbs seem slower to respond, as the coldness slowly spreads through your body.
The rust only helps when you cut people!

In any case, what's he gonna do? He doesn't seem up to your usual standards of strength. Can he suck out people's souls from a distance? Perform magical instakill? Negate other people's powers? Is he immortal?

You find that the man is placing the devices in an odd order, covering the expanse of Hope. Even odder, each device is within viewing distance of at least two other devices, the man even moving things around to ensure line of sight, This is obviously working towards a goal, but quite a mysterious one.
