You feel an odd sort of feeling, as you sense not an odd aura, but an odd force affecting auras around the area you're in. Some people seem to be moving faster than others, whereas others are moving more slowly. You can also sens the panic spreading through the area as they witness this inexplicable event.

As you look around, suddenly the leaf speeds up, as if it's catching up for lost time, while you find your arm suddenly moving more slowly than the rest of your body, dragging on you, painful if you try and move too fast. Then, once more, the effect changes, and you find your shirt and right foot being affected. It seems to switch every ten seconds or so.

Chakra is a typical element in Japanese superstition and mythology. It existed WAY before Naruto did.

You have an odd sensation. It seems as if the wind is blowing with the same force as before, but moving more slowly. Then, you see a leaf move past in slow-motion, moving impossibly.
